Rockin Crab Seafood & Bar

This is my cousin and I second time receiving horrible service from this establishment. We thought they could redeem themselves from last visit but not so. It’s Friday night April 4, 2025 and we walk in and was seated in less than 5 minutes. After sitting for over 15 minutes in a corner booth I felt as though nobody saw us sitting. I asked the bust boy could he get our waitress and he says she’s coming. Priority to that I see a waitress and hollered excuse me while waving my hands and she kept on walking as if she didn’t hear or see me. What do you know our waitress was her Chyna. My cousin asked for a Strawberry Daiquiri and she says do you want Virgin? My cousin said no but can I have extra strawberries and no whip cream. Chyna says I don’t think so but let me ask. I got a Strong Island. So we proceed to order and I let my female cousin order first. She said I have a request “put my crabs in a bag with only Ol bay seasoning only”. How hard is that…Chyna says we don’t do that it comes with butter etc. my cousin says I just had it done at the Stockbridge location last week and here is the picture. Chyna says I can bring you some Ol bay on the side and you can put it on your crablegs yourself. My cousin said no I want the cook to do it since I paying for it. Chyna goes to the kitchen and confuses everybody so an Asian lady comes out and ask could she explain what she wanted. Finally the food comes out and my cousin asked for some extra ol bay and anything she asked for Chyna would storm off never saying I will be right back. It was as if we were getting on her nerves. Our intentions was to pay the bill and not tip due to bad service however the tip was included and I didn’t want to get management involved especially when the Manager Mercedes came around and asked how the service was and I told her. Mercedes was amazing and said she would share our feedback with fellow managers. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this establishment and spend my hard earned money. Once my cousin paid her bill Chyna already received her tip in the bill and then helped herself to my cousins loose change. Re-train her or you will continue to loose customers.

Our server never cracked a smile. She was completely dry!!! If you do not like your job. Do not show up to take our money!! Hire more bubbly girls that care about how they present themselves. The girls mug you coming through the door!

Went to this location last night and had a ball!!! Food was amazing, drinks did exactly what they needed to do and the music was everything!!! Definitely coming back

Great atmosphere! It is a great spot on weekends for any celebration. The food is affordable and delicious! I had a blast with family and friends. The service was excellent!!!

Our waitress was very rude to my mother when my mother was explaining what she wanted for the drinks and the food. The waitress has a very bad attitude and proceeds to ignore my mother and be rude. Her name is China. If your coming here don't let her be your waitress. And giving that this is our frisrt time coming to this restaurant, we will not be coming back.

My first time here and it’s good too me!!! The shrimp on POINT!!! The fish on POINT!!! We ordered Fried Flounder Basket, Popcorn Shrimp, Catfish & Chicken Tenders. All great!!! The only thing I don’t like is the coleslaw too much vinegar.

We went back 3/10 and baby it’s still 5 stars! These crawfish HUGE!

Ordered a shrimp Poboy only had four shrimps on it and a order of fries came to $14 and one cents. This is ridiculous for four shrimps and a handful of fries. I’m paying $14 and rocks crab you need to do better.

On march 2nd came to Rockin Crab to have dinner with my husband and was seated we waited 15 minutes and no server, other customers came after us and got served. I’m Hispanic and I feel very discriminated I’m never going to this restaurant again I’m taking my money somewhere else , so we decided to leave but I addressed the situation to the manager on duty but shed didn’t seem or even cared to resolve the situation.

The atmosphere is great. The food was good and correct. A little over seasoned really salty. When I ordered my margarita it was terrible. I told my server a told her about the drink and she told me all drinks are final sale could not take it back then she mentioned to me that we could replace it by for something else. I called the manager over to replace my drink with a vodka soda lime. The bartender came and asked me if I would like ice in that drink,which I thought was strange. Then she brings me over vodka, water, lime, or the soda Water was flat. I would not recommend drinks here. Food was good.
