Chris. M was a good server, thank youu !!!
Food wasn’t seasoned well oysters were dead
The waitress took 15 minutes just to ask me what I want it and there was no one in the store. I ordered a drink and ordered french fries it took 20 minutes for the french fries to come with no seat. It was one of the worst experiences I have had at any juicy crabs
So much food for your money.

I walked into restaurant and sat at bar over 10 minutes and the bartender never came to take my order. There were two couples at the bar and they had drinks. There were no other customers sitting in other seats. It was 4pm and it appeared as if they had just opened but 5/6 workers were walking around and talking to each other. The bartender never showed up so I walked out.

Please do not order takeout from here, this is my 3rd time trying their takeout and it’s old stale food. The eggs are rubbery and hard. The corn was spoiled, the sauce was super salty, and very water. Third time was a charm for me. I would never eat from this location again.

Fried shrimp was so bland it literally was no season im disappointed
I'm giving this store another chance since my last experience and today 2/20/25 will be my last. I attempted to open the door to enter the restaurant and had to be buzzed in. That's not the biggest issue… its 32 degrees outside and after 3 times ringing the doorbell not one person came to assist nor buzz us into the restaurant. It was only 6:45 pm and the doors were locked. No thank you I will not be returning!!!

Update 2/19
I emailed customer service. They never responded regarding my concern, so I guess their response to my review is performative. Also, I tried out this location again. The culprit from my initial review didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I had to wait for a server from the bar to come and help me. It’s crazy because once I left the culprit helped the next customer. very strange vibes at this place.

*looking down at phone* “ready when y’all are….” Is this how you greet a paying customer? at juicy crab Panola road it is. every time I place a to go order I am greeted by the rudest server ever. the girl with the glasses at the to go window always has an attitude. what is that about? the food is great, but she makes the experience subpar at best. no bueno.

I understand that it can be tough to tell which crawfish are good or bad, but generally, the ones with eggs are not ideal. I bought 2 pounds of crawfish last night, and unfortunately, most of them had eggs, which felt like a waste of money. And not to mention the juicy special sauce didn’t taste right
Ordered 2 lobster tails. Was pure mush. I’m not sure how this happens but I know it wasn’t fresh. This happened once at the Conyers location as well. paid over $40 for mush. The sauce was good with the potatoes & eggs. But who wants to pay $40 for potatoes and eggs 😒
Staff is friendly. The bartender was cook and make sure our drinks where litty. Went for a Birthday dinner and we were very pleased
