Disgusting! Wings were chewy! Undercooked! Ordered from Uber eats and they tried not to give me my money back but that quickly changed when I showed them how chewy it was on the inside. And my order was wrong! The wing experience was just “Smokey Bones” so I won’t be eating there either!

I had the boneless wings and they were phenomenal. I had them delivered, and they forgot my drink. That was the only thing that kept me from giving it five stars I will definitely order from them again.

I’ve ordered from this place twice in the past and vowed never to order from them again, both times I received wrong items or had items missing. I placed an order through Postmates to a restaurant called “The Tender Box” but it came in a wing experience box and surprise surprise. I received wrong items again. I never would’ve placed the order if they wouldn’t have misled me. I downright awful wing experience each and every time save your money.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my food using doordash. I had to put my wings in my oven because they were so chewy. After doing that, I just ended up throwing them away and still hungry because I couldn’t enjoy the wings like I would like.

A 360 degree NO. We ordered Garlic Parmesan and Korean Barbecue wings, chicken tenders and pretzel breadsticks. The wings looked ok but the flavor wasn't there. The ranch dipping sauce tasted like spoiled buttermilk and the tenders were over cooked. Really overcooked like throw them and break a window overcooked. The hand wipes provided came from smoky bones which is a restaurant near by. Maybe they are affiliated. But that's neither here nor there. I personally do not recommend this business.

Husband and I went late one night and they only had one server, Tee Tee. There were about 8-10 tables and she did an awesome job! She took our orders promptly and the food came out quickly. Everything was delicious but most of all we enjoyed her impeccable service! Thanks hun!

Visiting from out of state, we were looking for somewhere to eat after reading some of the reviews on yelp, we selected this restaurant. Our server(Johnny) was fantastic ,very professional and very helpful. We ordered the Pulled Pork platter with baked beans with fries and the jalapeño sausages and Bbq chicken wings with coleslaw and steamed broccoli-The food was very good and enjoyable I recommend to give this place a try.
Service was horrible. The restaurant was somewhat empty but there were several patrons in the lobby area and outside waiting to be seated. I placed an online curbside order at 2:30pm for a 5:30pm pick up. No one answered the phone when I attempted to alert them of my arrival. I went inside, waited 20 minutes for someone to assist. While waiting I noticed a ton of servers milling about...there was a complaint that a manager had to handle from a dine in customer. By the time I'm assisted I'm told that they don't have my order. I'm then told that I can receive a refund or I can wait for them to make the order. I get that things happen, but at what point is the apology for the inconvenience offered. At what point does management take action to address with the staff the urgency of seating the number of patrons waiting. Avoid this place at all costs...the service was low vibrational.

A generous three stars. Second visit here. Each time the servers were great. That's can only make me come back so many times expecting everything else to rise to that level. I had pick two this time. Smoked wings and sausage with fries and Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was horrible. The fries were much better than the wedges I had at a prior visit. Part of The smoked sausage was burnt. The smoked wings were great. My buddy had the turkey club. The turkey was dry. We each ordered cocktails but they did not arrive until after we finished our pork belly sticks appetizer, which was good. They apparently had been ready but no on brought them until we asked. My drink was a Gold Rita. Perhaps it sat too long and settled but it tasted of mostly mix. Unfortunately stirring didn't help. I forget what my buddy drank but it was a pretty good drink. I understand being short staffed. Our server was also the host. He was great except we wished we had been told that they were out of brisket when we were seated. We both were getting brisket dishes. I might give it one more try before I completely write this spot off.

The food was laughable to say the least. I ordered the brisket chili which had absolutely no brisket in it, then I ordered the boneless wings. The breading was more than the tiny piece of chicken and it was just all wrong. I left everything on the table and tipped my waitress $20 because that was the only thing right. Smokey bones do better so disappointed . You guys used to be the bomb back in the day

Man, I really wanted this to be a good review. I ordered late nite around 10 through Doordash and it arrived around 11. There were two of us, so we ordered the RibFeast for 2, which came w/ 2 racks of ribs, 4 sides and 2 drinks. First off, there were no drinks. One of the sides were incorrect. There was absolutely no sauce on the ribs. Luckily, we had some at home already. For dessert, we ordered the Bag O' Hot Doughnuts w/ 2dipping sauces. There were no sauces at all. Overall, I am highly disappointed about the missing items but the food tasted good. There will not be a 2nd time, that's for certain.
