I ordered Peanut Paradise already comes with peanut butter asked for no protien extra peanut butter. Got home and it tasted the same. It didn't even change to peanut butter color just same ice milk cream color. Ordered my grandaughter strawberry banana from kids menu she said it was nasty. I tasted it and it was just slush water no flavor. I went home and added peanut butter to the tropical paradise SLUSHY and it had the color flavor and consistency i was looking for. How do you sell something that does not taste like peanuts nor peanut butter just a flavor ice water. Terrible terrible. I thought this company was dedicate to real product but it's turning into mass production of cheap food and ingredients. Been going here for many years. All locations nowi will not recommend. I hope they get robots to run it with better ungredients or just shut it down like they shut down smoothie king who had nasty puree prepackage fruit . you have no idea what's in any of this trash. I have better result making my own at home. I was just being lazy and eveytime I'm lazy and try to trust restayrant food i end up regreting it. Just like applebees in stockbridge with rubber chicken. I'm regretting going out. Can't trust anything and i guess I'll stop bring tired of making my own food from now on. Sigh

Everyone is super nice! I order online almost every day and my meals are always perfect. The food is fresh and I feel it's always made with love. I have a sensitive tummy so I cannot eat regular fast food so I love having this option available and so close. This is my favorite location because it's so convenient and I'm able to easily fit it into my busy work schedule. Love this place!

Happy to have an alternative to wings, burgers, and pizza on Panola road! I had a super greens wrap that was hot, fresh, and tasty along with the island greens smoothie. Customers service was great both times I have visited and the drive thru is so convenient!
Will definitely add this to my staple for “fast food”

We ordered an Acai bowl, Sante Fe Wrap, Chicken and cheese quesadilla, and jerk chicken wrap. The sandwiches were bigger than I expected. Everything was fresh and good. I made a couple of substitutions and everything was spot on. Definitely going back. Great place to grab something other than a burger.

Dear Tropical Smoothie Corporate...PUT MORE SMOOTHIE IN THE SMOOTHIE BOWL! There are too many toppings and not enough smoothie! I realize the stores are only doing what Corporate says to do, but this is a rip off for the customer! Otherwise, I absolutely love this specific location.

Just left there and if I could give 1 star I would. I placed an asap order and called immediately after to cancel because It said I could cancel an asap order. I called to cancel because it was a situation where I wouldn’t get to the place in a timely manner. When they answered I was told I could not cancel an asap order so I said okay but keep in mind that my pickup time was 12:22 and it was 12:14 at the time. I ended up arriving an hour after the order was placed so I asked them to remake the smoothie because I knew it wasn’t up to par especially since it had been sitting there. One of the employees looked me straight in my face and said it wasn’t melted and I said ok. I get in the car to what ? 2 melted smoothies. I was confused because why did you lie about it so I went and asked them to remake it and they said no. Not satisfied with the fact that I’m spending money here for bad product. They could have put it back in the blender and added ice to it for all I cared but it was just no. So they won’t have to worry about any business from me anymore.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is fantastic! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing, and the food was equally impressive. The service was outstanding – friendly, quick, and efficient. Highly recommend for a great dining experience! Highly recommend adding white chocolate to your smoothie.
