Just left there and if I could give 1 star I would. I placed an asap order and called immediately after to cancel because It said I could cancel an asap order. I called to cancel because it was a situation where I wouldn’t get to the place in a timely manner. When they answered I was told I could not cancel an asap order so I said okay but keep in mind that my pickup time was 12:22 and it was 12:14 at the time. I ended up arriving an hour after the order was placed so I asked them to remake the smoothie because I knew it wasn’t up to par especially since it had been sitting there. One of the employees looked me straight in my face and said it wasn’t melted and I said ok. I get in the car to what ? 2 melted smoothies. I was confused because why did you lie about it so I went and asked them to remake it and they said no. Not satisfied with the fact that I’m spending money here for bad product. They could have put it back in the blender and added ice to it for all I cared but it was just no. So they won’t have to worry about any business from me anymore.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is fantastic! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing, and the food was equally impressive. The service was outstanding – friendly, quick, and efficient. Highly recommend for a great dining experience! Highly recommend adding white chocolate to your smoothie.

I had an amazing experience at Panola Road- Tropical Smoothie Cafe!!! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The customer service was on point and the food was excellent. I will be returning!!! :-)

Terrible customer service. I ordered a smoothie, wrap and Acai bowl through the app and had it delivered through their delivery service (Door Dash). I received my wrap and smoothie but not my bowl. As a result, I called DD to see if it could be redelivered to me. With DD on the phone, the young lady working their had an attitude and basically tried to say, I was hallucinating getting my delivery. When I explained what happened, she asked "are you sure? Because your order is sitting right here and it never got picked up."Of course I remember eating food. I had the order ID ready and everything. All I wanted was my bowl THAT I PAID FOR. She then tells me that they aren't remaking anything. Again, I didn't ask for all that. I asked for my bowl. After some more unprofessional nonsense, DD tells me that they don't have any Dashers in the area and requested a refund from TSC because the order was through their app not DD. The young collected my name and phone number and couldn't tell me when to possibly expect the refund. I guess I'm gonna have to charge that bowl to the game because I doubt I will get the refund.
I chose the Panola store because the Conyers store has terrible service, too. Now I see that it's just something pervasive within the culture of this brand. Terrible.

Ever since I moved to Georgia most tropical smoothies suck and lack customer service. I was apprehensive coming to this one and was expecting to be ignored and endure a long line + wait time. To my surprise the store was very clean, as soon as I walked in I was greeted, the crew were hard at work not distracted by cellphones or AirPods and my food came out quickly and hot! Thank you for restoring my faith back into tropical smoothie. I’m so glad I have a good one 5 mins from home and don’t have to drive out of my way.
