Be careful they don’t give refunds/exchanges even if you only tasted the food. I paid $10 for bowl that mainly had gigantic chunks of granola pieces in it and the acai was the worst I’ve tasted. I forced myself to eat it not wanting to waste money and I began to feel sick. Smoothie also wasn’t worth it I’ll just stick with Smoothie king by the mall I never had a issue with their bowls

I won’t be coming back to this location. The drive thru sensor wasn’t working. They told us to call to place a order but hung up on me twice. Then answered the speaker laughing after three cars pulled and they hear me say something in the speaker. They had us waiting for almost 15 minutes. We keep saying the kids in this area are going to run our businesses away. I love tropical smoothie cafe but I won’t be coming back to this location. The places on Panola Rd. have definitely started ti change and the service is so bad!

I'm love having Tropical Smoothie in the neighborhood! I've been a loyal customer since the store opened and plan to continue. However, I'd like to kindly request that we pay closer attention to order accuracy. I frequently order the Thai salad without chicken or with the vegan replacement, but it often arrives with chicken. I understand the high volume of daily orders and sincerely appreciate the hardworking staff. I simply ask for a quick review of the details. Thank you!

On my first two visits, Lithonia location, the smoothies were fantastic;however, my 3rd visit 10/25/2023 was horrible. I was trying to return a smoothie that didnt taste right. Like an ingredient was missing. Too much ice. The young girl asked me was it their fault that the smoothie didn’t taste good. I said, I didn’t make it. Mistake number 2, she snatched the smoothie out of my hand and almost ran into my grand kids. I didn’t want my money back, I just asked if they could remake it, since the first two were great made by Mel on the day shift. the answer from the manager was no, they couldn’t remake it. Worse customer service ever.

Service was disrespectful by the little girls working there including the manager serving water down smoothie I ordered a Bahamas mama smoothie that was water down I ask to remake and the staff refused too.
