This review is written based on my personal experience after being treated very poorly at this location.
The attitude toward delivery drivers is extremely negative. You feel unwelcome from the moment you walk in, as if you are being judged or punished for no reason. The atmosphere is tense and uncomfortable, more like a place of control than a business open to the public.
The space looks chaotic, with boxes everywhere, giving the impression of a storage warehouse rather than a restaurant.
The woman working at the cashier was openly rude and disrespectful. This review is a direct result of that behavior. When customers or delivery workers are treated badly, they should not expect silence in return.
I will be sharing my experience with my community so others are aware and can decide for themselves.

Online pickup here is very disappointing. Orders are not ready on time, and you end up waiting much longer than expected. The service inside was not friendly either. Overall, not a good experience.

This place does not feel like a real restaurant — it feels more like an abandoned storage warehouse.
Boxes are scattered everywhere, tables are often left dirty after customers, and the overall cleanliness is very questionable. Because of the constant mess in the dining area, it makes you seriously wonder what the kitchen looks like behind the scenes.
The woman working at the cashier is extremely rude and unprofessional. She treats customers and especially delivery drivers with clear disrespect and seems to do everything possible to create problems instead of helping. Her attitude feels outdated, as if she forgot she is working in the U.S. and not somewhere else.
Delivery drivers are treated particularly badly, which is unacceptable. Overall, the environment is uncomfortable, unwelcoming, and poorly managed.
I do not recommend this place to customers or delivery drivers.

I get why the old reviews are so so, they got off to a slow start. We're pretty picky too. However, the past 5 times we've ordered pickup (over the past 3 months) the food has been great. Today, we had the sweet n sour chicken, Mongolian Chicken, and spring rolls. Everything was spot on. So glad this place is working out. Sugar Hill has been kind of a asian food desert, until now.

DO NOT EVER ORDER ONLINE! We’ve not received an order TWICE now from this restaurant! I din’t choose the online service that THEY put on their website, THEY DID! But to know that apparently it doesn’t work you think the FIRST time they found out they would either fix it or eliminate it. Apparently they just don’t care. Seems pretty dumb to me. We’re done!
UPDATE: food arrived ONE HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED IT! I had already started making food for my family…we were starving!!
I asked for the owner or manager to call me back. No one ever called.
Also, the food (which we ate rewarmed a day later)…fried rice, no trace of any veggies or even a piece of egg. Literally just protein, rice, onion.
Mongolian chicken, not even sweet.
Lo mein, barely a trace of any vegetables. Again mainly protein, noodles and onion. Crab Rangoon was inedible the day after for obvious reasons. Waste of money!
We are DONE with this place for good!

Food was ok, nothing special. Glasses were dirty and one with lipstick. When I told lady at counter she took glass back and wiped off lipstick only and returned the glass with the rest dirty. Will not eat here again. Plenty of other options in the area.

I picked up dumplings which is full of thick flour with minimum meat and not at all good taste.
Spring rolls only with cabbage and no meat ..
First and last experience and will never go to this restaurant again .

Ignore negative reviews. You've got to try this place! The food is amazing, we order delivery from them all the time. If you love spice, ask for extra hot, and you won’t be disappointed!

Consistently excellent!
We were a little nervous at first because we thought we had ordered from another place—but Google ended up leading us here, and we’re so glad it did! What a happy accident. From the very first bite, it was clear this spot deserves way more recognition.
The fried rice was flavorful and absolutely delicious—everything was fresh, seasoned well, and cooked to perfection. We tried several dishes, and each one was on point. The beef? Tender and rich. The shrimp in lobster sauce? So tasty. And the General Tso’s chicken had just the right balance of sweet and savory with a satisfying crunch.
The food was ready in about 10–12 minutes, and the pickup process was super smooth. Everything was hot and packaged well when we got there. This is the kind of dependable, quick, and delicious Chinese spot that’s perfect for busy nights or craving something comforting.
Honestly, we’re surprised they don’t have a higher rating on Google. Our experience was clearly 5-star from start to finish. Maybe people just haven’t discovered this gem yet, but we’re definitely fans now.
We’ll be back for sure—and we’ll be spreading the word! Great food, quick service, and such a flavorful experience all around.

Ordered dumplings, broccoli / pork, boneless spare ribs. Dumplings were sour and gave the house food poisoning.

Sesame chicken and braised Szechuan chicken were very good. Don’t believe the reviews. Those must’ve been jerks that we’re having a bad day because this food is definitely worth getting.
