Chipotle Mexican Grill

I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Betsy. Her kindness, patience, and positive attitude truly make a difference and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

This Chipotle has become my favorite, even though I have visited several locations in the area. I have eaten at the Cumming (Exit 14) and Buford locations, but this one is by far the best. That’s why I always come back here.

The service, atmosphere, and overall experience are always great. Highly recommended!

Place has not even been open for a year, so not sure why everyone is leaving terrible reviews. Not sure what experience they had but give these workers some grace, they were very sweet and welcoming to me! I’m a chipotle lover and I was so excited it opened up in my city instead of having to drive to Buford all the time! Reading these reviews had me so skeptical going in. Which I hate they made me think it was the worst… I’m here to be the first to say this Chipotle is fresh and very well served! It’s probably better than the Buford location. It’s so good and not under/over cooked like everyone else is saying. 10/10 recommend!!! Don’t let a bad review not make you want to try it! Employees you all are doing an amazing job❤️

Its 7:45 at night and there are 4 employees working. The line is out the door. One person making orders the others moving trays around doing no work at all. 30 minutes is unacceptable to wait in a meal in

I had one good experience which allowed me to come back but the second experience was more like what has been written here in the reviews. I ordered a burrito yet when I opened it the outside of the tortilla was completely wet. I was not able to eat it as a burrito but instead turned it into a mess of a bowl. The queso was more like cheese cream versus queso dip, I don't know if the recipe changed or if it was just a issue with this location. I did not get to enjoy my meal at all. It was a complete waste of money, do read these reviews, it would be better to save your money and go elsewhere.

I ordered the Kids Quesadilla, and the cheese wasn’t melted and there was very little cheese inside. I picked up my order on December 11th at 5 PM. I think the staff may need more training, as I experienced similar issues when the restaurant first opened. I returned hoping things had improved, but unfortunately they haven’t.

Employees rushed. Do not listen. Made my order wrong. I would like my money back. :(

Came here to pick up food for my family and they wouldn’t make quesadillas? Said you can only order quesadillas online and pick them up? Makes 0 sense. The girl making our food just threw random stuff together dumping food all in the other containers. Just gross

If you enjoy waiting more than 30 minutes in the Online Order Pickup line to get cold chicken, stale chips (some nearly as soft as a tortilla), and no apology for the wait time then this place is for you! Not coming back.

no proper support some one from chipotle delivered food which i did not order and no way to contact chipotle

Tasty, good portions, chips were also good. Great experience overall, they seem to be getting things straightening out from opening

Just drive to Cumming or Buford...
I was excited for a Chipotle in Sugarhill but it's consistently disappointing. The food is old and dried up, portions are anemic (even if you pay for double). The staff seems high and annoyed. I really wanted this location to be ATLEAST acceptable. I'm about $200 in total sales from this location but I'm done. I'm not going back. You shouldn't either, it's horrible. Sad.
