This Culver's is great. The folks here are super friendly. They keep it clean and comfortable. The food is fresh and delicious. I recommend the fried shrimp. Best diet root beer anywhere in the world - I assure you.

My family normally frequents this culver on sugar hill we had some mishaps in the past where they forgot the fries on our order thru drive thru or associate not being the nicest but what can u expect it’s a fast food but today I went in and ordered several meals and I asked one of the workers for a to go box for one of the sandwiches that I couldn’t finish they came over and brought me one. When I opened it It was a used box with chicken crumbs and wrappers already inside. I was disgusted that they gave me a used box. I spoke to the manager and she didn’t seem all that surprised like they gave it to me purposely. All i know is I will never go back. When this kind of stuff happens you kinda wonder what happens when they make ur food in the back. Very disappointed at this location I’m sure they don’t care but I know I won’t spend another penny there.

I stopped going to this Culver’s because they lie about having a drive thru. It’s not a drive thru because every time over the past year they have made me pull forward and wait more than 15 minutes for my food. Culver’s you are better than this, or at least start being honest with your customers if you can’t provide a proper drive thru experience.

While the food is pretty good, my issue is with a service...especially with a supervisor's attitude at this location. Today, November 8th, I went to drive-through and ordered 2 kids meals with 1 sandwich. We asked for kids meals to give us ice-cream. Well once we got the food delivered to the car (which turned out it was delivered by the superviser), I asked about the ice-cream and was told they will bring it separately. We continued to wait in the car for abou 7-8 minutes while cars behind us were getting thier food. Asked another server about our ice-cream, ( you know how kids are when they don't get what they want) waiting more...and nothing. So about 10 minutes passed, I parked and went in. Instead of being apologetic, supervisor,( the same lady that gave us the food and knew that we were waiting on the ice-cream) was very rude. Showed me that they only counted one ice-cream and I need to go back to the car and bring her the ticket for to get the other ice-cream. Which i told her I find it ridiculous waiting for 10 minutes for the ice-cream, having to walk in with a kid to the restaurant so they can complete my order, just to be asked by a supervisor to go back to the car and get her the ticket!! Her disrespectful attitude was so obvious my 7 years old asked me why does she have attitude and being mean to us ? . People like her shouldn't be supervisor's, sets bad example and badly represents the restaurant.
