If the food was good I would’ve rated a 3. I ordered at drive thru and explained that there was an echo and background noise and couldn’t hear my order repeated. I explained to the young lady but it didn’t register. No big, I”ll tell her at the window. Nope… I pulled up paid and the young man just said here’s your drinks and I said, “can you repeat my order. The speaker isn’t working”. He said ok and shut the window
The young man running food out brought out the concrete first and it was wrong. Not his fault but primarily the kid at the windoW with an attitude. The runner fixed it and apologized but it wasn’t his fault.
Then the food…. Normally good or decent at worst, was subpar not even close. Onion rings soggy. The burgers were burnt to a point you couldn’t taste the meat (which had no flavor to begin with) and all you could taste was charcoal or close to that flavor… I assume
2 combos and a concrete (only thing that was decent) but messy and chocolate dripping … $37 I may have been better served lighting on fire.
The quality and service (outside of the young man running it who was great… he obviously takes pride in working there). Everything has gone downhill every time after our first visit.

This Culver's is great. The folks here are super friendly. They keep it clean and comfortable. The food is fresh and delicious. I recommend the fried shrimp. Best diet root beer anywhere in the world - I assure you.

Counter help fast and efficient. Food arrived at table quickly. One lady was very helpful when we left with our elderly dad. She helped with the trays and the door.
Cheese curds were really salty and Swiss melt was flavorless and dry. Very disappointed with the food… only thing that was good was the frozen custard.

My family normally frequents this culver on sugar hill we had some mishaps in the past where they forgot the fries on our order thru drive thru or associate not being the nicest but what can u expect it’s a fast food but today I went in and ordered several meals and I asked one of the workers for a to go box for one of the sandwiches that I couldn’t finish they came over and brought me one. When I opened it It was a used box with chicken crumbs and wrappers already inside. I was disgusted that they gave me a used box. I spoke to the manager and she didn’t seem all that surprised like they gave it to me purposely. All i know is I will never go back. When this kind of stuff happens you kinda wonder what happens when they make ur food in the back. Very disappointed at this location I’m sure they don’t care but I know I won’t spend another penny there.
