Ordered a burger and a root beer float through the drive through, only for the burger to come out and then had to wait another eight minutes for my float, which was only half full and already melted.

I’m very disappointed with Culver’s. We really enjoyed their food in the past. We ordered a double burger picked it up for takeout and brought it all the way home. When we got home it was a single. We ate the burger because we were hungry. We called the restaurant to get our 3$ refunded for the difference. They said we had to bring the food and the receipt back to the restaurant to get our 3$ back. It was their mistake and I have to drive back? No. This is stupid. Can’t wait until the Whataburger opens down the street. Highly disappointed.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered 4 burgers. 3 were messed up. Called up and had the privilege of talking with the most unhelpful and disrespectful “manager” I’ve ever run across in my life. Couldn’t find the receipt and when I called it was an hour and ten mins later (had to pick daughter up from cheer and drive home) and he basically called me a liar since it had been so long and I couldn’t find the receipt. I will NEVER go there again and will pass the word along to anyone I come across that mentions getting a burger. Loved them in the past but it’s not worth paying high prices for such crappy customer service.

Had double butter burger with cheese and fries. Then a pumpkin caramel ice cream. Was all good, but only negative was their sweet ice tea was not very good, weak and no sugar. Not how we make it in GA!

The nice courteous owner is not here today in the afternoon around 2:15pm. Guess it's tough to be a small business owner. The kitchen lady who was having a bad day apparently. The buns, top and bottom, for my cod sandwich were burned. I asked for a replacement and was met with multiple hesitation. She reluctantly threw a cold top bun untoasted in a paper tray onto the serving counter. I have to ask several times for the bottom burned bun. She then add a cold bottom bun to the paper tray and threw it back onto the serving counter.
Another customer apparently has same burned bun issue meanwhile and got a cold top bun as well.
Hiring a good worker with pride in work is not easy. This ruined the visit.

I was brought my ice cream first in the drive thru and unfortunately had to wait 10 minutes to get my food. My ice cream was soup by the time I got home. Maybe a more proficient way to handle the drive thru? This has been multiple occasions.

Had not been to Culver's in a few years so I decided let's do this for dinner... the food was good and the new custard - pumpkin chocolate was good (though there wasn't much chocolate just a thin strip on top in a circle). The other custard lemon berry crunch was old and icy and not edible so I have to take that back. The pretzel burger was very good and just right size. The jalapeños cheese curds were ok; they were fresh so that helped I'm just not a fan of spicy foods. I'll be back just going to watch the dates in the custard from now on.
Culver’s is not known for its salads but that’s what I order there and they are actually really good.

I honestly don’t know why I ever come to this location at all. I keep giving it chances hoping that they’d try and pick up the pace but they never do. It shouldn’t take TEN minutes to make ice cream…. that was all I ordered. Keep in mind all the “good” 5-star reviews are fake 🥰 It’s unfortunate they have to fake good reviews because they don’t know how to properly run/manage a business. This location is terrible and so is the management. There’s no reason for this establishment to consistently be slow in getting simple orders out. Even if the order is simple they manage to somehow mess it up. The employees just stand around and stare at you when you need to order, it takes 5-10 minutes just to get someone’s attention it’s ridiculous. If I was you I’d choose to go somewhere else, it would be better to spend your money on a business that knows how it be properly run.
