Employees lack social skills. Whenever I pick up a mobile order via drive thru the employee handing me my order never says a word to me, even the gentleman who appears to be the manager/owner. It’s so bizarre. The least you can do is greet a customer and thank them for their patronage.

These people know what they are doing. I'm always in and out and my order has always been correct.

Every day but Friday is pretty good to go. Some days coffee is good some days it’s bad. Every Friday is a nightmare because the private school allows all these kids to come in to the point the adults are stoped by the cop at the door. It would be one thing if the kids got their food and left but they stay in there doing TikTok’s so we can’t get our food and go back to work

Took forever to give me an untoasted and plain bagel. Not sure how this takes time.

This place is a reminder that there are multiple Starbucks just down the street.
Was in a bit of a rush so instead of getting in line I used the self-order kiosk, that went nowhere as the "None" flavor option was apparently "out of stock" and refused to let me place an order.
After waiting for like 5 minutes just to get someone to the register, I managed to flag someone down long enough for me to order, just a simple Chai Latte and a blueberry muffin, easy. (guy behind me wasn't so lucky, he left after waiting for another 5 minutes with nobody even taking his order.)
Turns out it wasn't as easy as most cafés would have you believe, as even though they put down on the receipt that it was a CHAI latte, they gave me a regular coffee latte instead, of course since I was in a hurry I had already left when I figured THAT out.
Shouldn't be surprised, I've had to have them remake my drinks multiple times now, if they weren't the closest coffee shop to my work I wouldn't even bother.
The muffin was alright, a bit old feeling but not stale yet, though FAR from fresh tasting.

The service mind of the staff here is terrible.
Ordered their six dollar breakfast bagel promotional. Hashbrowns were soggy and about five of them in the bag. Was supposed to be an egg cheese and bacon bagel was a croissant that was smashed and looks like it’s been sitting in the heater overnight. Return.
I used to go here all the time before school, I loved getting the strawberry dragonfruit refresher with greentea, until they literally started dumping greentea into it. 15% syrup 85% green tea. I asked them to put in more syrup and they said “It’s too expensive we can’t” what’s too expensive?? I paid for the drink in full? The whole point is that the green tea is a side you add into the drink if they wanted to they would’ve names it “Greentea Refresher.” Wasted my money that morning.

I usually have good experiences here, but the cashier this time was just incredibly rude. She looked out the crack in the window and let out a begrudging “hello”
At the end of the purchase I said “thank you” and she just gave me a blank awkward look…
Stop hiring people like this.

I just got the S’mores donut and medium Frozen Bonfire s’mores coffee at Dunkin. The staff at Dunkin were kind enough to look for my receipt when I had forgotten to get one. I appreciate that they truly took time out of their day to look for the receipt.

Been there like 5-6 times, they never miss an opportunity to let ur experience and expectations down. Personally, i feel dunkin’ is a brand, if u don’t practice and work on ur customer service and train ur employees well, ur letting the brand name down. There’s something always wrong with my coffees and they always try to tell me that this is how it’s supposed to be, while i always tell them that i work in dunkin’ and i know how it works. I know how this location tries to fool their customers. It’s a waste of money. Worst customer service. They love to argue with their customers and not give the customers what they asked for and paid for. AVOID this location.

I just returned from this Dunkin a few minutes ago and I should have went with my first mind and left after I first walked in. The place was not clean, the manager wasn't kind at all. I mentioned all the donuts were not on the self service menu and the owner rudely told me just pick anything i'll give you what you want after you pay. I ordered 3 donuts and coffee. The coffee was lukewarm and the donuts were soft but, not good at all. They taste funny and I threw them away. The indian owner/manager threw them in the bag, they all meshed together no tissue paper between them. The woman who seemed to be the wife emptied her purse on the counter and was counting change and clearing her purse on the order pickup counter. I expect this type of product and service in low income poverty stricken areas as workers in these areas often have less than great attitudes that shows in their work ethic also. As a Business owner I know the time and energy it takes to earn the income to purchase a franchise. If these individuals do not want to provide a service they paid the franchise to acquire and perform they need to sell the restaurant immediately. I will not be going back and recommend new ownership or something else in place of this restaurant with hard working owners and staff. I cannot wrap my head around an immigrant coming to America, earning a business while treating it and their customers badly. I'm grateful for what I earned and love each and every customer for they keep the lights on so I strive to provide the best product to them at affordable prices eager for their return.

1. If you are not a drive thru customer you just get ignored for some time.
2. Once you get the order If they even acknowledge you …
3. Unddrheated as they are in such a rush to “please” those drive thru customers.
The customer at the counter should be respected as well!
NO MORE DUNKIN ! Seems this isn’t the only locale like this ?
