I think this location has the best service around this area! I’ve been to 3 other locations all with a 5 mile radius of this location and hand down, this one has the BEST service for sure! Not once did I have a unpleasant experience here and all the employees here are actually greet you, thank you for your visit, and are really NICE (which sadly is a dime a dozen to see now-a-days)!! Thank you!! Keep it up! 👍🏻

2 days ago, the same order was charged twice at the same time, and my bank account showed it as a completed payment rather than pending. I visited the store to inquire about this, hoping that if it was indeed charged twice, I could receive the same order. However, the manager didn’t even check the order history and, through an employee, told me over the phone to check back in a few days as it was probably pending.
When the manager eventually arrived at the store, she didn’t greet me, avoided eye contact, and didn’t turn toward me. It was clear she was trying to avoid me, and her behavior was extremely unpleasant.
Sarah, the manager, according to some reviews, people say that you are friendly, but today, the way I experienced you, it felt like I was almost invisible to you.
I encountered like this manager in Suwanee for the first time, and she seemed uncomfortable around people of other races.

Worst managed dunkin you will ever find. 20 minutes for one drink in the drive thru. Even the employees were saying how bad it is. I would avoid if possible

When I received my order, the coffee was at room temperature and not drinkable, which is unacceptable for a hot beverage. Additionally, when I called the store to request a refund, the staff member cut the call and did not answer again, which was very disappointing.

This Dunkin continually underdelivers on service and on delivered product. They routinely short me on ordered food--basically stealing my money--and either undercook or burn the bacon. I have to wait continually on service, while watching men behind me get served immediately. Individual staff members are okay, but the entire site appears to be operated by people who don't understand American expectations for customer service. This on-going problem is not caused by any specific customer service interaction; they just appear to not be operating as they should. So frustrating, and now have to drive even further out of the way to get Dunkin that actually delivers. So disappointing.

Ordered a bagel today with cream cheese. Barely even a serving size of the cream cheese on the bagel and burnt! Can’t even eat half the bagel. Not to mention the burnt one has what little cream cheese was given.

It took forever to get my mobile app order. And then my order was done incorrectly on both breakfast sandwiches. I guess the employees didn’t think we would notice. It’s the same sandwich that they had done incorrectly. All they did was take off the incorrect cheese that you can still see on the sandwich and put the correct cheese on it. I told them the bagels were hard and it was still the same bagels for the sandwiches. The sandwiches were hard and hard to eat. I ended up throwing them in the trash. This is unacceptable. I will no longer be patronizing this facility, I’d rather go somewhere a little further to get proper service. Food cost too much to not get what you ordered properly.

Sat inside and waited on my mobile order for 12+ minutes. Both workers, the male and female that were mostly focused on working drive-through just looked at me the entire time. It’s not even busy or rush-hour
