I am extremely disappointed and angry with my experience today. I ordered a sandwich, but when I got to the window, they handed me just a drink. I told the staff this was not what I ordered, and instead of fixing the issue, they told me to drive to another window and wait. I sat there like a fool for almost 10 minutes, staring at a CLOSED window with no one coming out!
Finally, I had to drive all the way back to the first window to ask what was going on, only to be told they gave my food to someone else by mistake. The worst part? Not a single word of apology. If I hadn’t gone back to ask, I could have been left waiting forever at a window that wasn’t even open!
This level of incompetence and lack of basic customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

I asked the dude with the beard to put me some cinamon on Top of my drink . He took it and came back with it with non at all, as if he is taking me for a fool. In addition he gave me back the drink and took my straw . I realized that in the middle of the way which had me to make a Uturn and comeback to get the straw. His face was verry straight , he didnt mention anything about it when i told him .it was clear he wasnt focus at all.
