Not sure how this place stays profitable. Same people have been waiting on food for 45 minutes and it is silly. Very slow and they only seem to be making door dash orders.

I accidentally ordered from this location through Uber eats and when I called the store to see if they could put garlic bagels (which were not an option when I ordered) in the bakers dozen the gentleman I spoke with was rude and dismissive. I canceled my order immediately, reordered through DoorDash which gave me the Duluth location. I called the Duluth location spoke to a wonderful woman named Kelli who went above and beyond for my order. Love love love Duluth store and Kelli gave top notch service.. I wish all locations had a Kelli but for future orders, 💯 Duluth and NEVER sugar hill.

This is probably the slowest store on the planet I ordered my stuff at 12:00 p.m. now it's 12:44 and I still don't have it sending and waiting and they're just not making it they're making simple order first I ordered for sandwiches I guess it's very complicated. The sandwich counter is dirty. They probably should pay me for my wait

THIS IS A HUGEEEE SHOUTOUT TO KAREN! She made me the most amazing garden veggie egg sandwich for my birthday sandwich and i couldn’t had been more please and happy with it, thank you so much! She even put the tomatoes on the side for me because i wasn’t sure if i wanted it. Secondary shoutout to Angel, they had originally gave me my online order and not the customized sandwich Karen had to the side for me & i almost left without it until Angel said something and i would’ve been so sad if i’ve never gotten the chance to try Karen sandwich! & Angel also fixed my ice coffee🩷 I wish i had photos but i inhaled the birthday egg sandwich.

Super hit or miss on the speed of which my orders come out. I don't understand how there are like 4 people working at a time and my order still takes like 15 minutes to come out. Other times it takes less, but I expected maybe a little bit more consistency in that department.
