Even when busy the workers are always quick to get things done. They're all very nice and attentive when making your order. One of the best jersey mikes in the area. I will be going back.

I got here today November 7th at 5:10pm and was refused serviced me and 4 customers because door was locked . The lady in the store claims she is closed. This is unacceptable because on line business hours says it’s open till 9pm it’s only 5pm

No one was in the store today at 11:40am and the lady refused to serve me. She worked on orders for people who weren’t even there. I had a dog in the car and she still refused to serve me.

I ordered sandwich and they tried to make me pay for water out the soda machine. $2.85. This is not good. They lost my service. They are attempting to overcharge people who are there customers. This is sad

Good experience and good sandwich. Workers were faced with a difficult customer in line and handled the situation well. Sometimes employees do not get enough credit for how they handle unreasonable customers and requests. The line ended up being backed up because of the customer, not the employees who were trying to accommodate but I would return back given the service.

The Food was and is Still hot ? very fresh bread Soft the Sauce was Great peppers are fresh ? the Steak was delicious I purchase a Italian sandwich the mushrooms are tasty. After I was finished ✅️ my mind body and soul craved instantly for another! That how good it is! ? I highly recommend ? This was my first time ever seeing a bowl option while ordering online, so I was excited to try their chipotle cheese steak. I would have liked to have had the addition of mushrooms given I paid the extra $2, but they never made it to my bowl.No one greeted me when I came in, which isn't a big deal, but no one said goodbye or even looked up when I grabbed my order, opened the door, and called out, "Thank you".The bowl was tasty, but not worth the extra money I paid for with the tip and amount of toppings..there was a lottt of strange liquid (I'm guessing from the lettuce??) and just frankly disappointed with what I got.

Food isn’t bad. Only go if you have coupons, it’s pretty overpriced. As for all the bad reviews about the employees, we don’t experience that. Show them respect and they show it back. They’ve always been super nice to us.
