Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich which had no buffalo sauce, only chicken and cheese. When I tried to call the store no one answered the phone. Don’t think I will go back anytime soon

Came in during lunch rush so the place was very busy. Surprisingly, the few workers there got all the orders in relatively quickly. My Philly cheesesteak was made mostly well, although it could've had more oil and another slice of cheese in it. Didn't love the atmosphere since there wasn't a ton of seating, but the restaurant atleast felt clean. Guy who made my sandwich and the person at the register were both nice and welcoming!

I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but my experience at this location was disappointing. The person who took my order—a big guy with curly black hair—was noticeably rude. I only ordered one simple sandwich, yet he had an attitude and spoke with a tone that made it seem like I was bothering him just by ordering.

The prep area also looked unsanitary—I saw cleaning rags touching the bread, which was concerning. While I dined in, I heard online orders coming through, but the staff seemed more interested in hanging out in the back than actually working.

The soda machine was also out of syrup.

To be fair, the food itself tasted good. But between the service and the cleanliness, I won’t be coming back to this location.

The worst jersey mikes and it’s conveniently located a mile away from my house!
Their productivity is awful. Service awful. Culture in there is awful. It’s taken them 30 min to make 4 sandwiches. It’s over 10 min past the due time. Unacceptable

Even when busy the workers are always quick to get things done. They're all very nice and attentive when making your order. One of the best jersey mikes in the area. I will be going back.

I got here today November 7th at 5:10pm and was refused serviced me and 4 customers because door was locked . The lady in the store claims she is closed. This is unacceptable because on line business hours says it’s open till 9pm it’s only 5pm

No one was in the store today at 11:40am and the lady refused to serve me. She worked on orders for people who weren’t even there. I had a dog in the car and she still refused to serve me.

I ordered sandwich and they tried to make me pay for water out the soda machine. $2.85. This is not good. They lost my service. They are attempting to overcharge people who are there customers. This is sad

Good experience and good sandwich. Workers were faced with a difficult customer in line and handled the situation well. Sometimes employees do not get enough credit for how they handle unreasonable customers and requests. The line ended up being backed up because of the customer, not the employees who were trying to accommodate but I would return back given the service.
