WHAT AN UNFAIR NIGHTMARE!!
Ordered 10 sandwiches and went through the effort inside the app to put names on every single sub order. Then those who made the sub order, put numbers on the bags instead of names, and the numbers are written, so sloppy and scratchy that you can’t even tell one number from the other. It was a nightmare, sorting sandwiches, and now people are eating subs that they did not order because people gave up and trying to find their sub and just started eating.

I came in today and a lady name shamena made my sandwich! She was so cool and she made me feel at home. Her customer service was 10 out of 10

So glad I made this trip in to the store before I headed home with house full of teenagers! The staff knocked my order out in no time flat, listened closely to all my details without any hesitation and I was so impressed with the overall experience! I will definitely be coming back!

The boys devoured every last bite! I’m one happy mama!!!

Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich which had no buffalo sauce, only chicken and cheese. When I tried to call the store no one answered the phone. Don’t think I will go back anytime soon

Came in during lunch rush so the place was very busy. Surprisingly, the few workers there got all the orders in relatively quickly. My Philly cheesesteak was made mostly well, although it could've had more oil and another slice of cheese in it. Didn't love the atmosphere since there wasn't a ton of seating, but the restaurant atleast felt clean. Guy who made my sandwich and the person at the register were both nice and welcoming!

I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but my experience at this location was disappointing. The person who took my order—a big guy with curly black hair—was noticeably rude. I only ordered one simple sandwich, yet he had an attitude and spoke with a tone that made it seem like I was bothering him just by ordering.

The prep area also looked unsanitary—I saw cleaning rags touching the bread, which was concerning. While I dined in, I heard online orders coming through, but the staff seemed more interested in hanging out in the back than actually working.

The soda machine was also out of syrup.

To be fair, the food itself tasted good. But between the service and the cleanliness, I won’t be coming back to this location.

The worst jersey mikes and it’s conveniently located a mile away from my house!
Their productivity is awful. Service awful. Culture in there is awful. It’s taken them 30 min to make 4 sandwiches. It’s over 10 min past the due time. Unacceptable
