Walked in 15 minutes before closing and they said they were closed even when the open sign was on. They served me anyway since I had a cold sub. I don’t understand closing early just so maybe their shift can end earlier. ?

First and last time eating here. Half roast beef and provolone sandwich and a drink for $14. Bread was super chewy and hard to eat, subpar taste. Meat and cheese tasted old or just cheap quality, no flavor. Minimal amount of toppings to choose from which tasted old or just low quality. Next time I'll go to Publix and get twice as much for half the price.. Definitely not worth the money for the low quality of product you receive. Floors were greasy and slick. Ceiling above food was in disarray and needed to be repaired badly.

Made complaint on their corporate website. Got a response from "advanced support " that they will look into this and get back to me. It's been almost 3 weeks and nothing. I will never be back. We frequently order online from Jersey Mikes, but this was our first time for this location. We needed to pick up on our way to a game, but we were waiting 25 minutes past our pickup time for our order. The staff was completely overwhelmed on a busy Saturday, and several customers left without being served. We will not be back to this location because of staffing issues. This happened in November 2023.

Placed an online ordering for pickup. Arrived 5 minutes after the app said the order would be ready. The employee behind the counter asked if we knew what we wanted and I told her that we placed an order online. She seemed confused and surprised. She pulled the ticket and started making our sandwich. She kept asking if we wanted ingredients on the sandwiches and I told her it’s was on the ticket the way we wanted it. After about 10 minutes she handed us our sandwiches. Both sandwiches had the wrong bread and she added things that weren’t on the ticket. But the meats were correct so I feel like we had the correct order. This is the second time in a row this has happened at that location. We love Jersey Mikes sandwiches but we won’t be going back to this location.

Walked in and I was the only customer there, it’s 1pm and gentleman sweeping with his headphones on looks directly at me and looks back to the floor as he swept with no hi or hello. Customers behind me walked out saying service was terrible as they also observed the gentleman not acknowledging them. It got worse, as I stepped up to the register to pay for my food with the nice older lady, we both realized he hadn’t even started on my order clearly he was upset from me telling him how he should greet customers as they walk in. I just left, so disappointed with this experience. Hope the owners read this and fix this asap

Last week I came here for a Club sub supreme, and I absolutely was not disappointed! It was super delicious and made promptly upon arrival from a very productive and friendly staff! The warm vibe ensured I’ll be back when ever I need a tasty sub! The guy who made my sandwich made sure I was a happy customer! Props to this location and staff!

The food is good but service is slow. It took over 30 minutes to prep 2 bowls (nothings fancy or special). from now on I'll just walk in. those customers are served faster. then I can base my tip on service afterwards rather than before hand. this is ridiculous.

This was by far one of the worst experiences i’ve had in a long time. My Dad and I walked in to get a sand-which and were promptly ignored for 10 minutes. None of the two guys working offered a “Hello”, “One minute I’ll be right with you” or even glanced up at us. We stood there waiting for someone to take our order, but they just stood doing anything else. We decided to leave as a result and as we were walking out one of the employees said “have a good night”. Downright disrespectful service from two employees with horrible attitudes.

So I've never been to a jersey Mike's. I ordered a Philly chicken not knowing it would be lunch meat. Not terrible, but not good. Service was outstanding and friendly. I'll try a cold sub next time.

I got there around 12:30 on a Saturday and the staffers handled the lunch-rush with elegance and respect. Will definitely come back to this Jersey Mike’s!

Ordered a giant tuna sandwich for my husband. There was only enough tuna prepared to fill half of the sandwich, he realized there wasn't more prepared and proceeded to spread it out making a very thin layer of tuna. I told him I would would like the correct amount of tuna. Finally when tuna was prepared they added one small scoop. I questioned it and they just ignored me, still leaving part of it with a very thin layer. You would think after waiting 20 min for it to be prepared that they would at least be sure there was a decent amount of tuna. Will not be back. I was there for 35 min with no one in front of me. Just crazy.
