Hello friends! Today 08/24/2025 I bought a Hawaiian pizza here. For over a year, I liked to buy pizza from them once every two or three months. It was always good. But today I was extremely disappointed. Apparently the staff has changed. In the photo you can see how crookedly and disproportionately the pizza was cut (I do it more evenly at home), the pizza was missing ingredients (find pineapple there), but they take tips in advance without receiving approval and customer satisfaction.
My recommendation! Avoid this place! The quality is not consistent and the kitchen is staffed by children who choose from the kitchen to their friends in the hall, and return to the kitchen without washing their hands and putting on special clothes. I think I'll contact the control service, I'm not making this up, I'm telling you what I see.

Places online order at 6pm received an order confirmation and that my order would be ready at 621pm. Camw in at 630pm and my order wasn't even started! No excuse or reason given. Food is good but Terrible customer service. Definitely not ordering from this location again.

Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service. Forgot most of my order, admitted it, and then offered me the compensation of six whole dollars. I just moved and have no groceries or way to cook and could not feed my family after moving all day because they forgot most of our food. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, I was told āhe does not want to do thatā. I literally laughed. A managerās entire job is supposed to be taking care of customers. What ridiculous childish behavior and pathetic excuse for customer service.

What's with the wait time? I placed my order at 5:24 PM, it's 6:15 PM and it's still not here. This has been my experience 4 times I ordered here.

We had a delivery go bad about a month ago, It happens. But, boy did they make up for it. The professional on the other side of the phone then and tonight made sure our needs and credit was met. Not to mention the pizza was loaded and hot! We highly recommend our Sugar Hill Marcoās PIZZA.

We got our pizzas and large Greek salad to go. Fairly reasonable pricing and the food was really,really good . Staff went out of their way to accommodate me- my dog was waiting in the car, young man offered to bring my order out to the car so she wouldn't be alone in the dark. Will def be back.

I love this location! The employees are always so nice and efficient getting out so many pizzas. Really imprssed by this location as others employees really just donāt care about greeting you. Also the pizza is also so consistently amazing here! All around a great location!
