The service here is so horrible. All the people hired here are just teenage boys who do not wear hair nets, gloves, and they also cough into their hands while handling food. The teenage boys are constantly vaping, dealing in the bathrooms, and it smells like weed as soon as you enter the store. Aansh was so dirty mouthed and vaping and yelling about nicotine the whole time. Also, I paid $21 for a large pizza like what kind of price is that? How are you charging that much for a pizza? The back door in the kitchen was constantly being opened while workers were vaping and smoking. The workers were not necessarily rude to us, but we felt uncomfortable being there as two girls. Honestly, I should’ve gone to Domino’s. I hope this is helpful.❤️

I order pizza from Marco’s every month or so, and I always get it delivered to my house. I schedule a delivery time and almost always I get my pizza on time.
I was having a halloween party and I ordered about six pizzas to be delivered to my house at 4:45. I scheduled my order online at least 2 hours earlier.
5:15 arrived and the pizza still had not arrived. I called Marcos, asking if my driver was going to be at my house soon, and IMMEDIATELY after I explained the situation to the employee on the phone, he interrupted me saying that my order was scheduled for 6:30. He didn’t ask for my name or order number, but instead cut me off and insisted that my order was scheduled for 6:30. I asked if there was any way for me to pick up my order or have it delivered earlier, since I was having people over at my house in 15 minutes— but he said that would not be possible.
There must have been a miscommunication, because immediately after I got off the phone I saw a Marcos employee walking with pizza to my door. I have ordered pizza at Marcos before, and their pizza is really good, but the customer service I received was below expectations.

I placed a pick up order around 2pm to pickup at 515pm and waited till 535pm and alot of ppl canceled orders. U have 2 guys working hair long like raccon tails but longer and no hair nets and he answers the phone and cuts up pizzas so where is the hand washing we even watched him take his hat off and rub his stringy long hair back and just put on gloves and start helping make pizzas. Yuck anyone who goes the the 1 in sugar hill watch them.

I can’t rate the food but the service is awful! I placed an order around 5:15 to pick up at 6:30… I started asking questions around 6:50. My app said it was ready. They said they couldn’t find my order so it must be in the oven. Then at 7 he picked up an order that had been sitting under the lights since I asked, and called my name. My order was missing the sauces that I had to pay extra for. They didn’t put lettuce on the sub so they gave it to me in a box-see pics. I was going to do a review from the receipt but it didn’t have the QR code that says will be there and I never received a email. Can’t get much worse service. Ridiculous!!!

Hello friends! Today 08/24/2025 I bought a Hawaiian pizza here. For over a year, I liked to buy pizza from them once every two or three months. It was always good. But today I was extremely disappointed. Apparently the staff has changed. In the photo you can see how crookedly and disproportionately the pizza was cut (I do it more evenly at home), the pizza was missing ingredients (find pineapple there), but they take tips in advance without receiving approval and customer satisfaction.
My recommendation! Avoid this place! The quality is not consistent and the kitchen is staffed by children who choose from the kitchen to their friends in the hall, and return to the kitchen without washing their hands and putting on special clothes. I think I'll contact the control service, I'm not making this up, I'm telling you what I see.

Places online order at 6pm received an order confirmation and that my order would be ready at 621pm. Camw in at 630pm and my order wasn't even started! No excuse or reason given. Food is good but Terrible customer service. Definitely not ordering from this location again.
