Not sure what has happened with this branch, but ever since they've switched to using DoorDash for delivery their service has declined, significantly!

Their service has been terrible, inaccurate orders have been delivered to us, and the pizza itself has been cold and looks as if someone played frisbee with it!

My order today was delivered late, with the Dasher taking 5 literal minutes to grab our order out of the trunk of their mid-sized SUV. Once the Dasher retrieved our order from their trunk, they remained at their vehicle and asked for either myself or son to come and get our order from them.

Papa John’s, this is coming from what has been a loyal customer; please do better! After the last three orders, we have received perceived discounts which are unredeemable at checkout. All we wish is to receive the order that we've placed, fresh, hot, and on time.

I know its bad when my kids can spot the issue!

I had the worst experience at this establishment. The way they treat customers and their employees is unacceptable. Carly was rude to every customer who came in when their pick-up time was set, yelling at everyone and telling us can’t y’all tell that I’m was busy. The disrespect to the young employee was appalling. A bald white man with earrings told two employees to move a box, but instead of giving them a moment to prepare, he just pushed all the boxes from the top shelf on top of them, creating a dangerous situation.

Not only did this create an extremely uncomfortable environment, but my own order was delayed and incorrect. When I tried to ask for clarification, Carly dismissed me rudely and refused to help. I also saw other customers leaving frustrated.

I tried to bring this up, but no one seemed to care. This kind of behavior is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. Management needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat both staff and paying customers. I will not be returning and strongly recommend others avoid this place until they address these serious issues

Very disappointing experience at Papa John’s Pizza (1498B Buford Hwy Ste B, Sugar Hill, GA 30518). I came in with my two kids — the female staff member clearly saw us but completely ignored us and continued her work without even a simple greeting. We stood there waiting for several minutes before she finally came over, and when she did, her attitude was cold and extremely impatient.

I politely asked about the prices for different pizza sizes and even said, “I know you’re busy, I just want to ask,” trying to be considerate. But she rudely interrupted me and said, “This is all I can do,” with no willingness to help. Her dismissive and unwelcoming behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I finally said, “I really don’t like your attitude — I don’t want anything,” and walked out with my kids.

For a well-known chain restaurant, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

The restaurant is not only over priced ($40 for two L pizzas) but failed to cut the pizza into slices! We literally had to cut them both when we arrived home. Not only that but the dough was soggy and the pizza tasted nasty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

My partner and I ordered two pizzas, mine with no cheese. They arrive - his is literally folded in half over itself and mine has cheese. We call and ask for a refire on our order. Second pizzas come - mine STILL has cheese on it! We call again and the manager says, “Well I didn’t make it, what do you want me to do?” Maybe double check the pizza before it was sent out wrong a second time?! Honestly kid seemed like he was just young and hadn’t been taught better, but come on!! Now it’s too late for them to fix the order so I didn’t get dinner. Managers, please train your staff better. Not much love, someone with 20+ years in the food and bev industry

I understand being busy and not having time to proof your dough properly, but you shouldn’t be satisfied with putting out this product. All flats with the wing order was the last straw.

A couple weeks ago i ordered pickup for a pizza came to the store around 11:20, mind you online they say they close at 12. The doors were locked and an associate that wasn’t even dressed like one came out said and said they closed at 11. Then today i tried to call ahead of time and before i could finish my sentence I was rudely hung up on. I shopped at this location a couple of times that I’ve never had a bad experience before now and I’m just shocked and confused as to what’s going on. I’ve always had good experiences with this restaurant until now and to just be hung up when I was just asking a simple question and I can’t even finish my sentence. It’s just rude. Don’t think I’ll be coming here ever again.

Been ordering from this location for a while now. Food quality is fairly consistent, but orders are often incomplete. Multiple instances of paying for extra dipping sauces that aren't included, or paying for Hate making a huge stink about missing sauces / getting boneless wings when traditional was ordered, missing seasoning packets but this has happened on more than one occasion. Just sucks getting home and not having what you paid for, reporting on the app has done nothing so I'm leaving a review for others to be aware.
