i chose 2 toppings - mushroom and onions, and i barely saw those toppings on the pizza. i guess you get what you pay for as it is much cheaper than other non franchise pizza businesses. wont order again.

Pizza looked like someone closed their eyes and started cutting. Love how at no point in the process did anyone decide that maybe this wasn't ok. Honestly not too mad considering it's the fast food equivalent of pizza, just wish they hired people with functioning hands. L or whatever.

It is disappointing, the attention of this place where previously, my orders went out without any problem... They leave you waiting on the phone when you need the help of the manager and when you finally manage to communicate with him, the solution is to cancel the order. Loss of Sales and Customers!!! very bad for this place :(((

I came here about 2 weeks ago, and i never gave credit to the front cashier. He was so kind and helped me find my pizza although it was under a different name. My pizzas came out so crispy and warm.
Placed an order through door dash and unfortunately received the wrong pizza. Called the store and they apologized and sent a whole new pizza that arrived 30 mins later. Super happy with the customer service!

Charlie! The nicest delivery guy I ever met! He was so kind, and happy. I called to the store to tell them about my awesome experience and the gentleman that answer the phone was also very nice. Wow. I’m totally impressed.

Ordered pepperoni pizza with black olives and there was something very off with the taste. Black olives tasted very sour and I instantly knew something was wrong. I’ve been ordering this combo most of my life so I know what it should taste like. Had to throw away my entire pizza….it was that bad!Update: Something was very off with that pizza. My stomach was very upset that day and still not great the next day as I’m writing this. Glad I only ate a limited amount before throwing it out. Never had this type of reaction to pizza before.

Thank you Papa John's for always having fresh hot pizza, for the excellent service you provide. I will always make you my to go to place for pizza!!I just ordered a pizza from Sugarhill, GA Papa John's and It was the best pizza I've had in a very long time. The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. I won't be ordering anywhere else.The service was phenomenal from beginning to end. I highly recommend this Papa John's and the delivery driver came fast, was friendly, curious and wore a mask to protect my family. Thank you all so much!! Big time kudos!!
