Pizza was undercooked and made my stomach hurt. They prepared the pizza in fifteen minutes, which is not a lot of time for it to cook properly. Tomatoes are yucky (might just be me, but half-cooked tomatoes are yucky) They prepared it in a good amount of time but with low quality.

They're fast and correct about the order. It had plenty of toppings and the people there were on top of their game. Had it ready within 30 minutes of me ordering and heading there to pick it up.

This is hands down the worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen! They care 0% about their customers. If you are more than a few minutes late picking up your order, they think it gives them the green light to eat your food, Refuse to remake your order and just cancel it! The attitude of the employees is beyond reprehensible. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant to order from!

As an employee who worked with a general manager named Dawn, I found this store to be welcoming to individuals with disabilities. However, I encountered significant issues with Human Resources, who denied me necessary workplace accommodations and equal access to work with different store managers. I was purposely isolated to the Loganville store, where I lacked colleagues to support me against this discrimination based on my disability and accommodation requests, and backup my work ethic. Additionally, I was denied transportation that was offered to me by the company and to others, with the operations team attempting to deny these actions.

8/9/2024. It's a Friday. Orders are backed up. Short staffed. I get it. Although I waited over an hour, they did all they can to get all of the orders out and kept their cool. Unfortunately, even if they refused to make future orders, they'd receive backlash on that as well. Thank you for making my family's dinner tonight. We really enjoyed it.

I just ordered Stuffed Crust pizza, since my daughter kept saying she didn’t taste any cheese from the crust, then I checked it, you see the picture, I paid extra money for cheese stuffed crust but I got nothing. My kids are disappointed since they really like stuffed crust pizza. So terrible!

I have a terrible experience last night ,04/18/24.I ordered one pizza. The delivery person came and left pizza front of the door ,on the floor without using a bell.When I opened box 2 roaches came out.I never experience anything like this.

So after a horrible experience last time and a promise it would be better next time, my husband goes to pickup our order that says it will be ready in 15 mins to arrive and find out it will be another 15 mins bc they are busy with door dash orders. The manager then proceeds to inform my husband that door dash is priority over everything. He asked that our pizza not be rushed through bc last time not only was the order wrong but pizza was under cooked so what do they do push it through and give us under cooked pizza again that he has to ask to be put back in to fully cook. I have given them chance after chance, I won't be back and I will continue to vlast the unprofessional attitude of the employees and especially the manager who should have more customer service skills! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THEY UNDER COOK THEOR PIZZAS, PUT THE WRONG TOPPINGS ON AND PUT A 3RD PARTY DELIVERY COMPANY ABOVE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO ACTUALLY COME TO GET THEIR FOOD.
