I am reminded of why I stopped ordering from franchised pizza joints. Over an hour waiting for food to get absolute garbage food delivered. I thought there was plastics in the pizza box it was so loud when he handed to me. Once I opened I found burnt pizza just thrown around in a box barely warm at all. Stay away from this place!!!

Pizza was undercooked and made my stomach hurt. They prepared the pizza in fifteen minutes, which is not a lot of time for it to cook properly. Tomatoes are yucky (might just be me, but half-cooked tomatoes are yucky) They prepared it in a good amount of time but with low quality.

Great staff, very kind and accommodating
They're fast and correct about the order. It had plenty of toppings and the people there were on top of their game. Had it ready within 30 minutes of me ordering and heading there to pick it up.
The best piazz i had a piazz hut
This is hands down the worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen! They care 0% about their customers. If you are more than a few minutes late picking up your order, they think it gives them the green light to eat your food, Refuse to remake your order and just cancel it! The attitude of the employees is beyond reprehensible. Do yourself a favor and find another restaurant to order from!
As an employee who worked with a general manager named Dawn, I found this store to be welcoming to individuals with disabilities. However, I encountered significant issues with Human Resources, who denied me necessary workplace accommodations and equal access to work with different store managers. I was purposely isolated to the Loganville store, where I lacked colleagues to support me against this discrimination based on my disability and accommodation requests, and backup my work ethic. Additionally, I was denied transportation that was offered to me by the company and to others, with the operations team attempting to deny these actions.
