Huge portions, great service. Definitely coming back
This place is adorable! I love bringing my kids here, we always love the ice cream that they have It is so good. The people they have working here are always super sweet and they are very allergy friendly. We love coming here, they have a great location and their candy selection is a lot of fun. We will definitely be back again, we've been dozens of times.

I’ve been going to scoops and Sugarhill for around three years 2 to 3 times a week, lately and especially this Sunday the girls not putting enough ice cream 🍨 in the cones any more.
Close to the bowl, walked there and bought to watch movie, perfect choice, milkshake is not too sweet, love it, highly recommend!

The ice cream flavors are amazing. I love the chocolate brownie and the lemon pie. The only thing I did not like is that now the portions are really small
What’s up with the size of the ice cream scoops???? $5.50 for a tiny bit on huge waffle cone !!!
When I asked why, their response was that the employee was new, which I understand, but , you still charging $5.50 for a tine scoop of ice cream !!!!

Been here twice now, staff is great! Lots of great original ice cream flavors (Michigan Pothole) as well as some classics. The snacks and candy are “must try” worthy as well. Addy was great my first go around there and Alex & Chloe were great my second time around as well. Wish this place had later hours because it’s awesome.

Scoops is my husband’s favorite ice cream place! We visited here on a rainy day and fell in love with their fresh creamy ice cream. The best is Oreo Cheesecake and they make other flavors in Cheesecake. They have several types of waffle cones to try too! It is a small hidden gem in downtown Sugar Hill. The service is great and they greet you with a smile. Try them out!
