Scoops Sugar Hill

Close to the bowl, walked there and bought to watch movie, perfect choice, milkshake is not too sweet, love it, highly recommend!

The ice cream flavors are amazing. I love the chocolate brownie and the lemon pie. The only thing I did not like is that now the portions are really small

What’s up with the size of the ice cream scoops???? $5.50 for a tiny bit on huge waffle cone !!!
When I asked why, their response was that the employee was new, which I understand, but , you still charging $5.50 for a tine scoop of ice cream !!!!

Been here twice now, staff is great! Lots of great original ice cream flavors (Michigan Pothole) as well as some classics. The snacks and candy are “must try” worthy as well. Addy was great my first go around there and Alex & Chloe were great my second time around as well. Wish this place had later hours because it’s awesome.

Scoops is my husband’s favorite ice cream place! We visited here on a rainy day and fell in love with their fresh creamy ice cream. The best is Oreo Cheesecake and they make other flavors in Cheesecake. They have several types of waffle cones to try too! It is a small hidden gem in downtown Sugar Hill. The service is great and they greet you with a smile. Try them out!

Staff is rude. They'll kick everyone out in line when it turns 9:00 and say that you should have checked the time. The ice cream is okay. I won't be back; hopefully your experience is better.

This place is awesome, staff is super friendly and professional. I love this place. Take my daughter here all the time. Ariel and Adin are super friendly and I appreciate that. All the employees here are awesome.

The store was cute and so far in the back. Wouldn't even know its there. When you enter, it's like entering a candy land.
The ice cream was many flavors to choice from, including cones.

They sure give you a big scoop when you ask for only one.

Nasty customer service!
Will never try it again.
Schedule on the door says Open till 10:00PM and they said at 9:04PM that they were closed already, even if they were still helping customers out. We just wanted 1 scoop too... we were told they closed at 9PM because they are on Winter Schedule (today is July 1st). :-(((
