Waited up front and no one ever came out to take my order. Not sure if the business is unattended but the door was open.

Updating the previous review I left from a couple weeks ago. The young gentleman that works here reached out after my previous review to apologize for the experience that I had previously.
We had a good conversation and I agreed to give this place one more shot, and while he offered to make amends for the previous experience I politely declined so that the review I would leave after another attempt would be able to be made without bias.

The young gentlemen at the store is named Andy, and I will post here that his dedication to serving the customers in that store is top notch.

He was very communicative and had the order ready on time. The food was great, chicken tenders cooked very well, crispy and tender on the inside.

The only negative that I would leave is simply that the store's A/C is out, Andy said that it doesn't bother him but I would hope that the people that he reports to that may see this updated review would do right by Andy and have the A/C repaired for his working experience to be more pleasant. Please understand that he is a fantastic employee and deserves additional recognition for his dedication to fantastic customer service and his willingness to reach out to customers after a poor experience to listen to customer concerns and offer a solution if possible. Thank you Andy.

Got 30’pc wings to go. First time trying this spot and it didn’t disappoint. So many flavors and they can split a 20 pc 3 way.

Tried the ghost spice spicy but balance in salty and spicy

The service was good but the food was terrible. The wing sauce was like paste, and the smell on the way home was like if the food was spoiled. Tried it because our regular spot was closed, we won't be going back.

It had been a while since I had tried Spice Wing Sugar Hill. My initial visits, when they first opened, were lack-luster at best. My experience yesterday was fantastic though! The two folks working there were extremely polite and personable and the food was really good. I ordered bone in wings and wedges. All of the food was hot and fresh. The wings were sauced liberally and the wings and wedges weren't over-cooked. Just perfect!

Leaving this review before I try my food to say the service alone was great when I walked through the door. It’s just this one guy running the whole thing today. I know the food will be good no doubt. Very friendly guy and the spot is great!

The wings tasted like they were put through a dish washer, truly disgusting. was scheduled for 6:20 and arrived at 7:10, all drinks were watered down and the food was quite disappointing for the price. i do not recommend this.

Amazing wings! The new management really knows how to handle the food and treat customers. So many different spices and food options to pick from. Definitely coming back on a regular basis.
