came here on 7:40 pm and they said closed,how funny
I was really surprised by the response I received today. I often order cold foam with hot drinks at this location and others, but today I was told that it’s not possible. I’ve never had this issue before, and I’ve had cold foam added to hot drinks many times without any problem. To make matters worse, instead of making the drink as I requested, I was given a cold drink without being informed.
I understand that staff might have specific guidelines, but it’s important to follow customer instructions and not make decisions for them. staff should be better trained to accommodate customizations like this and communicate clearly if there’s a problem with fulfilling an order.

I was the only one there at about 7pm . I was not greeted even though she saw me standing and walking up to the counter. I asked if this was the full menu cause I did not see java chip since and she said "no is that all you want" in a bad attitude. I said no, Im just trying to see what else I would want to order". I asked what can i get with my gift card balance for like $3.86 for something and she said youre going to have to pay the differnce. I said thats fine, obviously I know even if its $1 , thats fine I know theres nothing at SB for $3 lol.
She just stood with a blank monotone voice and didnt even suggest anything or offer me the full menu while i looked on my phone she just stared at me. I said "thats fine ill just use the gift card at a later time". and she still didnt say have a nice day or anything.
if you dont like your job, then quit. Usually SB baristas are friendly but this barista is not meant for this.

avoid this location, lazy baristas - bad service - and always “out of cold brew” (an hour after opening..smh)

Barista failed to inform me they had no straws and could not get any either after making 3 of our drinks. Seemed irritated when I questioned her on it but I think the problem is also due to there being only 1 barista present. Not very easy to drink some of these without a straw.

This Starbucks location is a real hit or miss.. more miss and hit.
Best service .. quick and well maintained brand name .. its inside Kroger so all google users if you reading this - get prepared this does not have drive through ..

Every time I have gone to this Starbucks, there has been an issue with it. Twice I have gone and they ran out of ice both times and couldn't order the drink I liked. This is the 3rd time I have gone within a month and this time, the blender wasn't working. I would not recommend going to this Starbucks because of the consistency of issues that seem to occur here. Maybe it's because it's inside the Kroger and not a separate chain, but this Starbucks is not up to par with the rest of the Starbucks I have been to.
