Easy online order through their app. Good food that was ready on time and friendly service.
Not impressed at all. Very expensive and food isn't that good. I got a Hot and spicy cheese steak combo and it was $18.75 sandwich, fries and drink.
A random pick that proved to be excellent! The wings were perfectly cooked, and little extra touches impressed me. Like the celery was served chilled and wrapped in foil, served away from the hot food, and the sauced wings were separated from the fries by wax paper! This extra time and attention improved the quality of my serving, and took extra time and materials and showed attention to detail. And to top it off, the place, all the way to the restroom, was impeccably clean and orderly! I will seek this place out again when il in the area!
I've ordered from WNB many times and the food used to be great, though the last two times the wings were not cooked enough, really soggy, oily, and the other time both burgers were burnt to a crisp and unedible. The service seems to be declining.
The wings here are amazing and I love how you can customize them to exactly as you like. The burgers are great and the ingredients are fresh. I eat here way to often.
This WnB Factory has been one of my favorite spots for wings—a great alternative to WingStop. The staff was always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. I especially love and recommend the Kay Line West dry rub and the Teriyaki and Thai Chili sauces. The fried rice is always on point, which isn’t something you can say about most wing places!
The wings are a bit small for the price, but that seems to be standard across most wing spots. One thing I noticed is that ordering online costs more than ordering in-store, and the loyalty program never really worked for me when ordering online, which was frustrating.
While this location has a smaller dining room, it has a family-friendly, community atmosphere that I really enjoyed. Despite the pricing, I keep coming back for the quality, flavor, and service. Definitely worth checking out!
WNB, nearly all of them, has been my quick go-to spot for a while now. They are very consistent, and their food is always really good. I wouldn't say it's anything creative or new, but they do all the basics really well. Their wings are pretty thick and their sauces are actually spicy. It's hard to find a place that actually does spicy wings & places like Buffalo Wild Wings always have really thin wings and it's gross. But this place really does it right. They also have a really broad menu which is great for bringing multiple people who have multiple ideas on what they want. Just a heads up, all of their food is always very sauced so it can be messy, but still really good!
I love this place but yall are really annoying me with the delivery orders. Ever time I order delivery yall ALWAYS forget the ranch/blue cheese. Who wants to eat hot wings with no blue cheese? Blasphemy. That bought it down to 3 stars for me because I shouldn’t have that experience for every Delivery from yall
Person answering the phone is not the smartest. Plays too much and asked me to repeat a simple order 3 times.. ended up not ordering
Food was good . The wings are very, very small. Publix wings are twice the size

Food is great, service is good, But the prices are pretty bad. 15.99 for a 5 piece chicken tender meal. I’d come here more often if they’d come down to reality with their pricing. It’s not Covid anymore, stop gouging.
Clean and taste is good I love this place.

Clean and taste is good I love this place.
The wings are good but depending on who works, employees will literally let the phone ring of hook instead of answering to take a to go order. SMH. Literally just tried calling ten times only to be ignored, then walked by store w phone in hand on way to Publix, listening to their store phone ringing while employees are just standing there. Useless!
wings were horrible. they were.warm not hot enough to be fresh whe. I told the girl.in the front counter all she did was laugh & asked if I was sure. The wings were small and not fresh hard and stale
