The wings are good but depending on who works, employees will literally let the phone ring of hook instead of answering to take a to go order. SMH. Literally just tried calling ten times only to be ignored, then walked by store w phone in hand on way to Publix, listening to their store phone ringing while employees are just standing there. Useless!

wings were horrible. they were.warm not hot enough to be fresh whe. I told the girl.in the front counter all she did was laugh & asked if I was sure. The wings were small and not fresh hard and stale

The burgers are like a dollar more than McDonald's and they are literally at least 10 times as good. Both the beef and chicken phillies are REALLY F-ing good!!
Lastly, the fried rice is top shelf. Always get an order of it and eat it throughout the week with other meals.

Food is always ready in no time at all and have never been disappointed. Not really a dining establishment, but for pick up...I highly recommend!!!

The sandwich left me feeling flat. The grease how to rancid taste that they used. The fries were okay but their ketchup taste very generic.
My sandwich was so greasy but I had to remove the meat from the bread, in order to eat it.
I won't go back to this wnb factory

Love this place. Good wings, chicken fingers, burgers, and fried rice. Fries can be hit and miss though. We eat here often.

Great little wing shop with a wide selection of food. Online ordering through their website is quick and easy with a text message letting me know the order is ready. Highly recommend the wings and fried rice combo - the jerk sauce is very good and different from similar shops. The fried rice has lots of veggies and is not very greasy.

if i could give 0 stars i would. they got rid of my fav worker and the owners suck. sorry but i do NOT recommend. cooks always mess up my order and owners make bad choices. look out for yourself when coming here.

Wing Disappointment here!
Went for takeout wings at WNB factory tonight, and let's just say I left feeling a little jipped. Ordered a 30-piece wing combo, but these things were miniscule - the celery sticks were practically tree trunks in comparison! While the flavor was decent, the price for that size wing just wasn't worth it. For $42, I expected something a bit more substantial. It was the same price as wingstop but ⅓ the amount of food.

This used to be our “go-to” place for wings, but the last two times we’ve ordered the wings have been so incredibly small (see pic)…the entire 12 piece could’ve fit in a small bowl
