Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Lazy employees and standards. They have a “online order” station that never has orders on it. It’s always behind the counter so when I order I have to wait for the employees who are usually hanging out in drive thru to hand me my order. Today, I was being ignored again and my completed order was sitting there getting cold, and so when I finally saw an employee near the front, I asked nicely for him to hand me my order that was literally right in front of him. He told me to wait a minute and turned his back to me and kept preparing the drive thru order. This is also when it’s very slow in the restaurant. Finally another employee came up and I asked the same and they actually gave me my order. Also, the Coke Freestyle machine is always missing half its beverages. Seems like this Zaxby’s should be a drive thru only if they care this little about their dine-in customers.

I'm trying to do keto, so I'll try Zaxby's wings! The drive thru was a bit slow, but whatever. A big greasy thumbprint on my napkin. Ew. At least the window lady was cheerful!
I thought $8 and change was an okay price for 5 wings these days. I didn't realize they were hummingbird wings..
Plus, one of the wings had a shattered bone. So, that was fun. Lesson learned.

I’ve had good & bad service at this location throughout the years but today thankfully was a good day. I was in the drive thru to pick up my mobile order but had an emergency & needed to get out of the drive thru line. I returned over an hour later & went inside to see if I could still get my order. I was greeted by Carlos, explained what happened, & he was so kind to offer to make me a fresh order &’drink w/o me having to ask, & I was able to get in & out in a timely manner. Thank you Carlos for your kind service.

If you have an extra 30 minutes to kill waiting on your food, this is the perfect place for you. I’ve never ordered food from here and not waited at least 30 minutes or better. Absolutely ridiculous!

One of the better Zaxbys never have issues here.

3rd time we have had issues. Reason for review 1. The ppl working ignored me for 5 mins( needed ketchup) 2. The drive thru lady having a full conversation with a person that already received food. 3 the ac is broken inside today.. I get accidents here and there but this location isn't managed very well

$7.94 for a signature spicy chicken sandwich by itself. Fairly similar product to a spicy chicken sandwich serve by Chick-fil-A at $5.29. That is close to 60% higher than a national competitor. I will definitely consider this for future visits.

Consistent Zaxbys great location. We enjoyed normal stuff. Surprised about the 88-B rating on cleanliness. That’s pretty low for an good brand.

Update: i should probably just go to another Zacbyat this point. Second occasion I've orders white cheddar bites for them not to be in the bag. Always check your order.

I ordered my sandwich on a bun instead of Texas toast, but it came on the toast ?. It had two of the saddest looking tomatoes on it, and they charged me extra for them ?.
