This place is the worst. The prices are high, the portions are small, and the service is rude. It’s an infuriating experience. Spending money here is a complete waste. I absolutely do not recommend it—don’t go!

I placed an order for pickup, and it took 45 minutes from the initial order to when the food was ready. The staff even seemed unaware of what my order was.
Furthermore, the meat was undercooked and so tough that it was very difficult to eat, which was quite disappointing. Regardless of this review, I have no intention of revisiting.

I found the food here to be a bit hit or miss. I ordered the trotters with sea snail salad, and although the portion size was good, the flavor didn't quite come together for me. I felt that in your face flavor was missing on the trotters, although it wasn't bad. The bean paste dipping sauce was fantastic and I wished a larger portion was given. The sea snail salad I found to be bland, and for me, an after thought. I really wanted there to be more flavor in there, but it fell flat for me. Now that kimchi, I was not happy with that at all. I had a few big, inedible and hard pieces in my container. While the flavor on it is great, when I had some pieces that were soft edible, I enjoyed it. However, this consistency was missing across the board. For the price spent, no worth it. I don't mind spending money on food, but with this price tag, it should be close to perfect and this missed the mark.

I love the food here. However, I’ve been here 3-4 times at 7-8 pm and literally every single time they said they have no more food. I understand for the first few times, but then my dinner plan was repeatedly ruined. Your listed closing time is 10 pm. Why not adjust the closing time to not waste the customer’s time? I cannot have a good experience if I don’t even have food to try.

I couldn't tell if the pig's feet were boiled or grilled, the skin was so tough that I couldn't eat it, and the meat smelled so bad that I couldn't eat even half of it and threw it away. For a restaurant specializing in pig’s feet, why is the food so ups and downs? I am writing a review after ordering from Thanksgiving on the same day. I am writing with a bad feeling.

I went to eat bossam and there was tofu kimchi bossam so I tried it. The tofu kimchi was delicious, but I didn't like the stir-fried kimchi in the middle placed on aluminum foil. I heard that high-acid kimchi is not good for mixing with aluminum foil, so I hope you don't have to use foil. Also, the bossam wasn't as good as before, perhaps because some parts were a bit dry.
