I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant today. My friend and I, who work nearby, only had an hour for lunch. We called ahead to place our order and mentioned that we wanted to dine in. The person on the phone said “okay” and hung up quickly, so we assumed everything was fine.

When we arrived, we were told they thought our order was for takeout and had already packed it up. We politely asked if they could transfer the food to bowls so we could eat there, but they said the restaurant’s rules didn’t allow that. We were surprised, especially since the restaurant was completely empty at the time and it was raining heavily outside.

My friend asked if we could at least sit inside and eat our food, but again they refused and looked visibly upset. I told them it wasn’t our fault that they misunderstood the order — we had clearly said we wanted to dine in. We were paying customers, just like anyone else, yet we were made to feel like we were asking for a favor rather than a service.

After I expressed my frustration, they finally allowed us to sit and eat, but by that point, the experience had already been ruined. The staff’s attitude and lack of understanding made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. I left feeling more like a burden than a valued customer.

If you're searching for a taste of Japan this place has the best authentic Tonkatsu meal set we have had in the USA! That lovely crunch and thick tender loin taste! The ramen was amazing as well. Perfect jammy eggs and broth. We will be back again. And try their matcha dessert milk its delicious

Really enjoyed my meal here! The staff were super friendly and the food tasted great. Prices were very reasonable too, especially with how expensive everything is lately. It was one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in a while. Would definitely come back!

This was the best katsu I've had in a long time! I tried the tenderloin and fish and they were delicious! I also had the shrimp croquette and it was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The Ramen was also very good. The broth was rich in flavor and had all the ingredients that I love. I will definitely be back!

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Aji Katsu, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly attentive throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing.
Now, onto the food wow! Every dish was a flavor explosion, but I have to give special mention to the pork tenderloin. It was cooked to perfection tender, juicy, and packed with just the right amount of seasoning. The texture was melt-in-your-mouth, and I couldn’t stop savoring every bite.
The overall ambiance was cozy yet sophisticated, perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. If you’re looking for a place where both the service and food truly shine, Aji Katsu is the spot. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I ordered a cheese katsu and a side of curry from uber eats.
The katsu came without the sauce and the salad dressing.
I called right away to see if they don't come with the sauces in the first place.
The manager said they packed two sauces for my order, saying that it's weird that I didn't get them.
She did offer me credit if I came to the store, but why would I have ordered from uber eats in the first place?
And why keep saying that they packed extra sauces when I didn't get it?
They could have just admitted their mistake and then offer me a credit or whatever.
They could have simply checked the cameras and find out who was lying, which is obviously the servers.
They do have great food though.
Business should always check on their sides before assuming every customer is a liar. Thanks to them my short lunch time was ruined.

Try Chicken and pork tenderloin this is another level. Ramen noodles was little too soft but the taste wonderful. This is the one of the best restaurant in GA.
