This is my absolute favorite American Deli location! The owners are very nice and my order is always right. I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and have never had a bad experience unlike other locations. I usually get my order to-go but it’s always clean if dining in.

If I could give this American Deli a 0 star I would do just that . I was eating and found black hair in my food my hair is Red . Also I have dreads so there’s no way this is my hair . I’m disgusted 🤢!!!!!!!They argued me down . Told me how it’s not their hair and I can’t get my money back .

I've never had a problem with AD wings until my recent visit. I ordered crispy hot wings. I got home, took a bite of a wing and gagged. The wings were hard. Buffalo sauce had no flavor except an overabundance of salt. I'm hoping this was an one off experience. I Will stick to the location in Lawrenceville as I've never had a bad experience there.

Resting on laurels, that seems to be the name of the game these days. Freshness has taken a backseat to monetary gain and I find that most middle of the road restaurants particularly Wendy’s has been more guilty than others.
I generally get a 10 piece medium with fries but the last few times I’ve been here the wings are old and the fries are even older, and for charging $14 that doesn’t really sit well with me.
It used to be my go to place for wings because at one point it was a few dollars cheaper and a lot fresher but now it cost more and taste worse, not too sure about going back here.
Food was hot and fresh and came out very fast! The service was excellent and I the lady who gave me my food gave me a keychain! Will definitely be back to this location!

Honestly I do not care if the food taste good, but I HIGHLY do not recommend eating at this disgusting place. First of all, the whole place smells like a restroom, and speaking of the restroom it's pretty dirty. To add insult to injury, I got food poisoning and I had diarrhea for 4 days because the food was unclean and this whole place is very UNSANTARY. I recommend eating at WnB Factory than this garbage.
