I used a coupon to try Arby’s burger for the first time, but when I opened the bag, it looked like the burger had survived a natural disaster—squished bun, overcooked patty, pure tragedy. Maybe this was my punishment for daring to use a coupon? Meanwhile, everyone else gets a royal feast of Curly Fries, and I get the sad crumbs from the fryer.

I was serviced in the drive thru by the general manager Shunu. She made sure made food was fresh. Also she smiled the entire time I was being serviced. It was the best service I've had in a while at a fast food restaurant. I would return because of her professionalism and courteous attitude. Thank you Shunu for making my evening.

Looked online to see what time they closed. Website said 11pm. Made a mobile order just before 10pm, after making payment through the app, it said my order was ready for pick up tomorrow morning at 10am! The app said the store was closing at 10:30pm and I only live 10 minutes away. I am not able to pick up the food tomorrow morning, as I work in Cumming, but that's besides the point! I was wanting to eat my dinner tonight! There was no option to cancel the order or to get a refund. I called the store and no one answered.

Food was good, but I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, especially the manager, Mr. Darryl. Constantly updated me on my order, made sure it was correct, and even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited in the lobby. Made the meal taste that much better!

Bourbon Brisket Bacon always so good! Tender meat, a little fatty as expected with Brisket. Fresh fries, tea was on point. Quick service, great visit!
