I cannot wait for AI robots and automation take over all your cooking jobs, why?
1. Employees you hire at minimum wage cannot follow simple instructions to prepare food to restaurant quality.
2. Restaurant directors anagement, supervisor and employees ack like its the customers fault when they bring it to their attention of the bad or zero quality of the food.
AI automation can and will do better at kiosk to take orders, cook to order food(HOT) and serving. Quality has to be #1. Not serving old, cold and not well prepared food to your customers. This BS has to change or it's bye-bye Arby's your out of business. Your customers don't want to pay for food that don't meet the highest quality standards.

Every time I come through this drive-through, it seems like they’re so busy but they have no one in the inside or the outside when I go to order she gives me attitude all the time and I asked that are you good baby? Is everything good? She say you ain’t my mama. I said I was just asking you was you good because you wasn’t answering me Then she yelled at the intercom and told me bye Yelling at me so I told you lost money to this business and she said who cares is this the type of service that we post to get when we get off work and you order from these people faithfully all the time. If you don’t like your job, then why If you’re not gonna give good customer service leave The job

I used a coupon to try Arby’s burger for the first time, but when I opened the bag, it looked like the burger had survived a natural disaster—squished bun, overcooked patty, pure tragedy. Maybe this was my punishment for daring to use a coupon? Meanwhile, everyone else gets a royal feast of Curly Fries, and I get the sad crumbs from the fryer.
