They don't have potato cakes anymore. I have to go to Bojangles to get theirs. So I get my Arby's sandwich and milkshake and then go down the street and have to get the potato patties from Bojangles. Bring the potatoes cakes

This location is always late on serving the order. I was there earlier today at the drive-through, and they told me to pull over to the front, and they will bring it out shortly. Same thing they did to the previous car. I'm not sure what's their inside operation looks like, but it's annoying.
I like this Arby's as they still have the 4 classic roast beef sandwiches where as other Arby's do not. It can be a little tricky to get to as it is located on a busy road. Once your there though, there is plenty of parking. The food is hot and fresh and they usually do a decent job of getting the food out quickly depending on what time you arrive.Typically the get get the orders correct. I liked the classic chicken sandwich that i got there and have to say it was a good sandwich. Hot and fresh and moist and not overcooked. I will return to this Arby's in the future
The manager was very nice but the food was not good. The burger was very tough and overcooked and the fries were cold.

The (female) employee working the drive thru this evening was very rude and this is certainly not the first unwarranted/unpleasant encounter I or my husband have had at this Lawrenceville-Suwanee location. Great food but poor customer service which needs to be addressed.
