Arby's has the best french fries ever.But what call mi attention today was Brandon Hall, not sure if that's the right name, but just check the person that was on duty today around 1:30pmThis person was triple tasking and smiling and delivering a great service while going outside and taking order from the drive thru and serving me at the same time and doing a great service while being nice.People speak so much about other places that sell chicken, but this guy was much better....read full review
I assume he’s the manager. Mr. Brandin Hall. I stop here for my occasional chocolate shake and maybe some krinkly fríes. Mr. Hall provides impeccable service. Every. Single. Time. Truly a class act. I would go out of my way to go to a business he was managing. Better yet, I would go out of my way to patronize a business he owned. Exemplary customer service. A role model of how to do it.
