I recently took my kids to Arte for a special night out and at first glance I thought the ice cream was expensive. Once we were served, I realized it was not just ice cream but truly an experience. The bowls come beautifully presented with fruit and incredible toppings in what I believe is a Korean style, making it much more than a typical dessert shop visit.
Although I did not try the cakes or coffees on this visit, they looked very tempting and well prepared. What really stood out were the portions. They are huge, far larger than what you see in the pictures. Each bowl can easily serve three or four people, which made it more than worth the price. My kids were overwhelmed by the size but delighted by the flavor.
It’s mainly young kids that are providing the service and I’ve read a lot of reviews that the service was not good but my experience was the service was very good and that’s what you would expect from the GenZ type
Overall, Arte offers more than a dessert. It is an experience worth sharing, and it left us all impressed and satisfied.

I love Arte! ❤️ Their dishes and desserts are amazing. They have plenty of vegetarian-friendly dishes. I’ve tried 4 different pasta dishes and the risotto. All are delicious! I’ll try their salad next.
The restaurant cashier (Tall guy w/ black hair. I think he is the general manager), is very kind, polite, and informative! 😊 Im not sure why other reviewers say that the customer service is bad… It’s a great experience every time my friends and I come. Everyone is so nice! The cooks are great too, as the pasta always comes out perfectly cooked and full of flavor. 🍝
Arte is great for studying, dining, or just a sweet treat 🍧. It’s the perfect hangout spot!

I used to love coming here, however, during my most recent visit, one of the male employees (male with glasses, other reviews have mentioned him) came up to me and said “Excuse me, I’ve been watching you for the past week.” This was unsettling to hear as a young female sitting alone. He then said that he had been monitoring my purchases over the past week and that I hadn’t spent enough to justify continuing to study at the cafe.
To clarify, I do regularly purchase food/drink while I work and did so SEVERAL times within this week alone. He then asked me WHY I hadn’t been spending more, which was very off-putting and felt extremely rude.
I am sad because I did like this place before, but I absolutely will not be coming here again after this strange encounter. It’s a shame because my friends and I would meet here often, but none of them including myself feel comfortable knowing that we might be “watched” by the employees and that our purchases are counted like this.

My family and I had a terrible experience here. We felt incredibly rushed from the moment we walked in. To make matters worse, we were then told that many menu items were unavailable at very last minute, during the whole time they rushed us we weren’t informed until the last minute we were going to pay. The combination of hurried service and limited options made for a very disappointing visit. I would not recommend this place.

This was my first time and my friend's first time and we had an amazing late-night cafe latte experience at Arte. Dylan was our server and he was nothing short of amazing. My sister got the shaved matcha ice dessert, my friends and I got lattes they were amazing and I got a cheesecake and my niece got a Biscoff dessert. Everything was on point we will definitely be back. Thank you Dylan.
