I had an amazing experience at Bally Budaejjigae! The food was absolutely delicious and truly authentic. The budaejjigae was packed with flavor and had the perfect balance of spice and ingredients. The budae-jjigae at restaurants has a rich taste, but the budae-jjigae here has a clean soup with a lot of ham, so I enjoy it every time I go. The rice is also delicious when served in a pot and cooked with scorched rice. I was a little disappointed that there seemed to be fewer vegetables in the stew than before. The atmosphere of the restaurant is a bit shabby, so it would be a good idea to go casually if you just want to eat out rather than on a special occasion.

Most importantly, order the fried rice, and they will use that good broth to make the amazing fried rice. I asked them to add more sesame oil and seaweed flakes, and it makes the fried rice even more savory and amazing.
