French Fries 때문에 글올리는게 참으로 창피하지만, TacoMac 과 처리하는과정이 너무나 차이가 나서 올립니다. 분명히 손님 3명중, 2명이 잘못오더들어갔다고 하는데 끝까지 듣지도않고. 나중에 저의 일행중 한명이 Regular Price 차지하라고 하는대신에 tip 을 못주겠다고하니깐 결국에 50% off $6 불에서 $3로 fix 해서 가지고오고, 분명히 2명이 설명했는데도 끝까지 우리잘못으로 하려고하고, 다음에 이런일이 있으면요, 그냥 $6 $7 짜리인데 손해보더라도 웃으면서 저의가 잘못했네하면서그냥 빼드릴께요 해도 됩니다. 그 $6 $7 짜리때문에 저의도 tip 주기도 싫었고, 다시는 방문하고 싶지않은곳으로 되서, 저의 회사직원들 그외 사람들한테 다시는 스와니 BBQ 가지말라고하고, 둘루스도 방문하지않는계기가 되었습니다. 한국분들보다 외국분들이 많이보여서 인기가 많은가 했는데, 그 이유가 대충 짐작이 가는거 같더라구요. 마지막으로 매니저라는분께서 말하는 톤 "뭘 어떻게 해드릴까요" 라는 억압적 인말투, 손님에게 우리가 잘못오더를 해서 이렇게 된거라고 설득시키려는 말투, 비싼 치킨도아닌 원가 1불도 아닌 French Fries 때문에 이런글 올리는것도 창피하지만, 매니저님께서 처리하는방법이 잘못되었다는거를 명심하시기 바랍니다.

Rude customer service. The girl taking the phone order and the girl with glasses standing in front of the cashier is rude. Will not return and will not recommend this restaurant. Seriously need the staff here need better training.

If you've never tried Korean fried chicken you are MISSING OUT!! The chicken here will make your eyes roll to the back of your head! It is so freaking delicious. You will have to wait 25 minutes while they fry it up but the wait is absolutely worth it. Get the chicken with the Secret Sauce!!!

Treated like a criminal for trying to pick up the order that my wife placed. I walked in gave the server the name on the order and he asked for the receipt. I didn't place the order so I didn't have the receipt and my wife didn't answer the phone when I called her. I told the man what was the main item on the order but that wasn't enough he wanted to know everything that was ordered. While I was trying to contact my wife another man walked in gave his name and last 4 of phone number and was out the door. I instead had to continue being treated like I was trying to steal food.
