Yes and No!
I live very very close to B&B.. And have gone for ladies night, happy hour and to hear my favorite artist Stephen Lee and band.. but lately it lackluster. One of the managers ( new white dude) was very rude when we walked in… We enjoyed ourselves ANYWAY and tipped the waitress WELL.. I always make reservations and request to be seated in the lounge ( when Steven Lee band performs) with no problem. Last evening for Motown night I made reservations for my two girlfriend’s three days in advance was never told about a $75 per person charge just to go into the lounge. I
Called to confirm my reservation last night and that’s when she told me about the $75 per person. We happily went somewhere else. So my yes and no response is go when there’s happy hour and ladies night but when there’s a theme, night, just know that they will apply $75 per person. I think my B&B days are over because I’m #woke to their shenanigans now.

I never write reviews but my recent and less than wonderful experience at Bottles & Bones has left a lasting impression but not in the best way. I don’t believe I will be returning. I have been a customer at this establishment for 8 months. I have thoroughly enjoyed the overall cozy and intimate ambiance, sweet bar servers (especially “M”), energetic and soulful live music, and my go-to delicious food and cocktaiI favorites. I experienced my very first smoked old fashioned at B&B and it was nothing short of amazing! Unfortunately, I also recently experienced a brief interaction with a Manager whose overall delivery and tone was rude and uninviting. I was made to feel like I needed to finish my cocktail and leave the restaurant. I would think that even if a modification to a Prix Fixe menu could not be accommodated, a Manger would be pleasant and express empathy for a guest concerns. I hope this review is received positively as an opportunity for growth and improvement in service to your guests who loyally choose your establishment for their dining experience. Messed up our order by forgetting something. Took awhile to fix. Didn’t pack up all our food to-go as requested and we paid for (we were missing the side). Watched our food go to another table, get put down and inspected and then picked up and brought to us. Not the caliber of service and attention to detail you expect when spending this kind of money to eat.

My family and I came here to listen to live music the day after Thanksgiving. We arrived around 9:20 PM. Hours online said this place was open till 10. We went to enter and the doors were locked despite the bar area having guest enjoying the live music in the bar area! Confused, we waited for someone to come open the door. A lady came and said that they weren't serving food at this time, but we indicated that we came to grab a drink and listen to music.
We entered the bar and were meet with a woman who told us very sassily we could only order one drink each then we had to immediately close our tabs. I have NEVER felt more unwanted in an establishment in my entire life! Since they clearly didn't want my family (a group of 8 people) there, we swiftly left ordering nothing and giving them no business since they clearly didn't want ours. I will NEVER go back here and if you want to be treated with respect, then you should absolutely avoid this place.

Our service was kind of mid, we waited a long time for drinks and check-ins from servers and the food was good but for the price you're expecting "oh my gosh" good not just "pretty good". I would be willing to give it another shot though but first impression was a little underwhelming.

Omg so good! The vibes and the place were enchanting! Drinks were super strong and food was tasty. We did have an issue with temperature on one of our sides but the waitress cleared it up ! Will be back! live music on weekends

Love the sides and steak always cooked to perfection. Very kind and professional staff. I’ve been 4 times it’s me and hubby go to for celebration dinners.
We had a great meal! Everything was delicious. The only thing not 5 stars was how loud the music was. But otherwise awesome meal.

11/15 As always we enjoyed our date night at BnB. The band was on fire with some oldies but goodies. First time trying the Tomahawk steak and flavor was amazing. Of course our server Amy is Awesome as always !! I highly recommend signing up for the Community Christmas Party & Fundraiser on Dec 19, limited tickets are available for this private event and it’s for a great cause. Parking: You can Valet or park behind Suwanee Town Center across the street from B&B. Plenty of room for large vehicles and an easy 2 minute walk to restaurant.

Not only was the food delicious, super fresh, and great quality. But the service was impeccable. Our party had an unforeseen issues, but they were able to do what they did not need to. Was not impressed. Atmosphere was great but food and service was subpar. We had to repeat our appetizer order cause server didn't put it in the first time and almost brought us a chocolate cake that we told him we were allergic to. We were give a dry aged tomahawk steak which is not what we asked for and didn't know til we saw the $30 extra charge. Barebones serves large portions and better seasoned food. I will continue to take my business there.
