It was my 1st time visiting Bottles & Bones but the food and service was amazing from the appetizer to the desert. Steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Chicken parmagana was delicious Salmon dish was so flavorful. I really can't say anything bad about this restaurant, but to only prepare you for the service charge that they charge if you use a credit card.

Went to celebrate our Anniversary today and I got to say it was the best experience ever! Our beautiful waitress was amazing! The food was delicious! And Stephen Lee was absolutely spot on in his entertainment! Amazing songs, amazing atmosphere, Amazing food! Love this restaurant! Can’t wait for the August 22 end of summer party! Thank you all for making our Anniversary so memorable and special!

The worse service! Who ever that man was at the front was extremely rude and dismissive. Did not help me find my table and had me walking around looking crazy AFTER I told him my reservation name and my party was already seated. Do not eat here. The service is horrible

I typically enjoy visiting this restaurant. Very disappointed in having to pay a 3% additional fee for using a credit card. I think you would be better off just charging an additional 3% for your food in stead of charging a fee for using a credit card. I’m sorry, to me, this is just wrong! Hope you reconsider this business practice.

We had reservations tonight for 5pm on a Sunday night for our two year anniversary which we were looking forward to. When we got there we were told it was buffet ONLY and that they were not serving anything on the menu.. nowhere on the website did it say that they were only doing buffet. Reservations for buffet at a chop house? Really? Also $60 a person for that buffet, btw. We left immediately.
