Emily Z was our server. She was excellent. Always checked on us and very friendly. Food was excellent. The atmosphere was perfect. Food a bit pricey but other than that it was a great dining experience.

1) We had 2 Steaks were ordered medium, they arrived rare. Had to go back twice. 2)Soup delivered was not what was ordered. 3)Server spilled water on table and floor. 4)Steaks finally arrived without flavor and so late, I didn't have time to eat (had been there 2 hours) 5)Our waitress was sarcastic & snarky about the bad food/experience blowing it off from her “fat fingers “ 5) Finally, there was no bourbon menu. Which is why I brought friends to the restaurant.... 6)Very Disappointing and Expensive experience.

The food here is always delicious. My husband and I have celebrated three of our anniversaries at Bottles & Bones. This one was our 24th. The restaurant is beautiful, the service is top notch, and like I said earlier, the food is always delicious.

The food & service were very good. Music too loud to hold a nice table conversation. We were celebrating our 39th anniversary, so we are older patrons & not keen on restaurants having loud music like a night club. I hat ruined the ambiance of the restaurant.

I'd love to go to this restaurant on a Friday or Saturday night eat great steak at the bar or bar table and listen to the fantastic music

Food and atmosphere were great. My only concern is that the establishment passed the credit card surcharge (3%) to the customer when paying using a credit card. I know that they are trying to get more profits or avoiding extra expense, but charging the customer for the surcharge cost is ridiculous. The menu prices are not cheap either. We have dined there in the past, but never paid attention to the itemized bill. Maybe it was always been that way, but one thing for sure, we are dining back again there anytime soon. Too bad as we loved the food, but I don't appreciate their business model. We will have to find a different steakhouse in the future.

It was my 1st time visiting Bottles & Bones but the food and service was amazing from the appetizer to the desert. Steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Chicken parmagana was delicious Salmon dish was so flavorful. I really can't say anything bad about this restaurant, but to only prepare you for the service charge that they charge if you use a credit card.

As usual the food was delicious and the service was amazing. The booth we were sitting in needs to be replaced . You can feel every spring and when you sit down you sink down to the floor almost under the table.
