I made a reservation for 3/31 at 1 pm. I received a confirmation and then the day before I received another text and email for me to confirm and I did.We arrived at the restaurant at 12:50 and said we had a reservation for 1 pm the hostess asked for my name and then looked at me and said well I can't find you when did you make it? I said well let me show you the confirmation email. She turned to another person and said look her up I cant finde her. The man looked for my reservation and found it just fine.My niece had arrived a bit earlier and got a table when the hostess heard that she said well since she got a table already just use that one. Very rude, actually the person that took us there was very apologetic but the hostess was very rude and just wanted nothing to do with us.The food was not great I ordered chicken and waffle and the waffle was very dry. My sister ordered a steak dish medium well and her steak was pretty much raw, she didn't say anything becasue she said they would take too long.The waitress was nice I can not complain about her.I can definately tell you I will not go back to that restaurant and I would not ever recomend it.A few months ago I called to make a reservation for 10 people the lady on the phone said I had to give them a credit card that would be charged $250.00 and each person would have to spend at least $100.00. I immediately said no, cancel my reservation.I made a reservation this time becasue it was only 5 of us but this is what heppens. Never again!

I’m not one to complain but just had the absolute worst experience at Bottles and Bones. First time here and it will be the last. Steak came out cold, waitstaff was rude and making excuses, customer service was terrible. Calling for a boycott for Bottles and Bones. Find someplace else that cares for the customer.

My past experiences were amazing, so i am disappointed that this time didn’t meet my expectations. We were seated on time. The hostesses and waitresses were nice. Some of our food was decent and some was not that great. One of our family members said Longhorns has better steak. The chicken and waffles were dry. The Benedict was delicious. The shrimp and grits were fine. There is some discordance between the menu prices and the quality/taste of the food. We definitely felt rushed and pressured by the upselling. I don’t think my family will return again.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!! Our experience was absolutely horrible, the manager or owner was cussing at a party complaining about the same issue everyone was having.EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF. We had to wait over an hour and 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. At that point the restaurant had already closed but had to serve us. The manager that took care of us rushed us out of the restaurant with the last course togo while expecting us to pay full price for all 4-courses at $99 - person. I asked for a medium steak and received a cold rare, which was obviously rushed. All sides were cold undercooked, and unseasoned Extremely disappointing experience. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY OR TIME. We will be sharing to all food review social media accounts warning others of this horrible restaurant!!!

I have eaten at the restaurant several times. Enjoy it almost every time I go. Last night the place was very busy, my wife and I sat at a table in the bar. The atmosphere was nice. Good music and lots of people enjoying themselves. It took a while to get our food, which was understandable with the large parties around us. What I was disappointed about was the steak was cold when I got it at the table. The two side dishes were warm but both of our steak were cold. Normally that is not the case, as I have been there a few times and have never had that experience. I'm hoping this was just one of those bad days. When you spend 250 dollars on dinner you expect it to be good.
I had zero expectations and was blown away.. The food is comparable to the best steakhouse I've ever had.. It's that good. Bravo, I will be adding this place to my rotation.
Phenomenal experience! The tomahawk with lobster tails for 2 was absolutely divine. Perfect taste and temperature! The lump crab cocktail is always a HIT! Thank you to our servers Emily & Becky!! Will definitely dine with you guys again.Ms. Jones ❤️

Okay this place was really good but if you’re looking to get steak just make sure you bring the pocketbook. I got the dry aged ribeye and it was really good (don’t put the garlic confit on the steak it’ll make it taste like feet). All in all for two people to eat and two drinks it ran us around $300.

The service was outstanding and very timely. Our steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. We were also very pleased with the side dishes we ordered. It was an overall excellent dining experience. We will definitely be returning.
The Chilean sea bass was delicious and the service was impeccable, top notch. The ambience was very comfortable and even the bathroom was spotless. All around 5 out of 5 stars. Definitely going back to Bottles and Bones. Thank you to the entire staff y'all are awesome.
