Why is it so hard to find a good bagel place. The bagels are meh, they taste similar to pre packaged bagels and those at dunkin donuts. But at least I could get a flavored cream cheese.... well if they actually gave you any. They give you a small small container that you have to put on yourself. Very inconvenient when you are trying to drive. No fork, no knife... I am driving trying to put cream cheese on with my finger. Did not take too long because the container holds about a teaspoon of cream cheese. I could barely even cover 25 percent of the bagel and even that was so thin I could not really even taste it. So basically I ended up with a plain bagel, cant say if the cream cheese was any good since I could not get a good taste of it. I wish I had gone to dunkin, the bagels taste the same and they would have put the cream cheese on it and there would been enough on it to taste. If I am going to get a meh bagel at least I can get one with cream cheese on it.

The lunch is pretty good. I would come back for the lunch sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches are so bland! I would not waste my money on breakfast food here. However, the coffee is really good and I would come back to just grab a coffee. The staff doesn’t say much to you and gives off a “I don’t want to be here” vibe. All in all it’s mediocre at best and severely overpriced for what you get.

Needed a new deli to eat at since moving into the area and I think I have found my spot! Food was good, got a california club with potato salad. The girl with the bandana took my order, best customer service I have received in a while! Patient and sweet. Will be coming back.

Had a simple breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Cute little place with a nice quit atmosphere.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to order. Walked in with my dogs (inside a CLOSED stroller) and they refused service. There are no “No pets allowed” signs posted anywhere outside the restaurant. Mind you… the restaurant is located in a city park that is VERY dog friendly where most restaurants are accommodating to people with pets. I would have understood if my two 10lbs dogs were walking in with me but they were both in a closed stroller. Very disappointed.
I ordered the Hot Pastrami Sandwich. The brown mustard and cole slaw on it were very good. The grilled marble rye bread was toasted just right. No, the food did not come in a brown bag. I also didn’t double stack it, which was an option. The sandwich and chips were plenty.
The deli is located close to DeLay Nature Park and Town Center shops. Stop in and meet the friendly staff members.

Bacon, egg and cheese on everything bagel is my normal breakfast choice. It would be better if they used real bacon and not the microwavable bacon strips. Really dissatisfing.
I just moved to the apartments at Town Center and stopped in for a quick lunch. The atmosphere is nice but the employees are not. I was not impressed with the quality or the price of the food either. Probably won’t go back especially with so many other choices in the area.
An awesome lunch spot. The kids were very happy with it. There is a wide variety, and everything brought out quickly
Best damn Bacon Egg and Cheese Crossaint I've had in a while!!! Fruit also tastes fresh, so I will be back!
The young guy on the cash register today appeared to be on drugs, and was not friendly at all. A sandwich, bag of chips, and a drink should not cost $20. I am not the type of person to pile deli meat onto mine at home, however the sandwich I paid nearly $20 for today, barely had any ham, I mean, I am talking about a tiny portion. You would be better off driving down the street to Jersey Mike’s, at least you would be getting $20 worth of food. The amount of ham I got today, is laughable. Total rip off!!
Update:
By your response, I can see what the problem is, Owner/Managerial problem. You have several reviews similar to the one I posted. It was by far a bad sandwich served by people with equally bad attitudes. What kind of statement is “if you choose less toppings than what we offer, it will look smaller” I’m not talking about toppings, I’m talking about lack of ham! It was skimpy, and I should have taken a picture to go along with this review. I’d go back and order it again just to show everyone but I’ll never give you another dollar (not that you care) go to the supermarket you said to me, I should have on that day.
Must be different owners because it was a wonderful deli for many years but not anymore.
To everyone reading reviews and making a lunch decision based on reviews, here you go
1- staff are extremely rude, will not greet you, acts as if you are bothering them, etc
2- manager/ owner has zero concern about customer service
3-the wait is longer than average, not because they are busy, but because they don’t care and clearly hate their jobs.
4-barely any meat on the sandwich
I get it Mr. Owner guy, gotta cut corners to save a buck, but you’re losing business by doing so. Perhaps if the amount of deli meat is a common complaint, which it appears to be, you should reassess your portion size and your attitude about it.
