The ice cream was great. We showed up in the middle of a Saturday afternoon and even though it was busy our order was taken and delivered quick. So, good product and good service!

Too long of a wait the staff is school kids who do not care about speed up little bit if there is a huge line. Need to improve their staff.

I visit for soft serve and they didn't have any. The young girl was there seemed to be overworked and it was only her, but she didn't have gloves on and was just scooping the sloppiest scoops.

Great ice cream place! Have a lot of flavors and options! Portions are big! I have gone to many Bruster’s but this one is my favorite by far! Workers are always nice and friendly!

I picked up a quart-size ice cream today to enjoy with my family at home, which is only 4 minutes away. But when we got home, it was completely melted. It was clearly already melted when it was packed. I will never do takeout from here again. The owner needs to manage the store properly.

Absolutely the worst blast I have ever had from any Brusters! It was complete liquid and runny with no consistency. I should have gone back and requested a refund. I will never visit this location again. Terrible employees!!

Went to this location last week, everything went fine until I went to leave the parking lot. The divider was unsecured due to the large bolt sticking out of it, it got caught under my bumper and ripped the brackets off the right side of my bumper and broke them. Got in touch with an owner at this location, after going over the incident with him and sending him these same photos and the quote I received from a repair shop shown below he ghosted me with no further information. Really sucks to have to pay $381 because their property is poorly managed and it then damaged my property and didn’t offer any help.

We are coming to Brewsters and the location is our favorite! Always plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly.

Went to Brewsters last wk and everything I ordered they didn't have. So I left , I figured i come back to see if this week was better and they had the flavors but out of most toppings. Such a shame because In the past they were really good. Icecream I ordered today looked horrible. I don't like to post negative comments however this needed to be addressed. Won't be back any time soon.
