Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Great ice cream place! Have a lot of flavors and options! Portions are big! I have gone to many Bruster’s but this one is my favorite by far! Workers are always nice and friendly!

Always good and patient

I picked up a quart-size ice cream today to enjoy with my family at home, which is only 4 minutes away. But when we got home, it was completely melted. It was clearly already melted when it was packed. I will never do takeout from here again. The owner needs to manage the store properly.

Absolutely the worst blast I have ever had from any Brusters! It was complete liquid and runny with no consistency. I should have gone back and requested a refund. I will never visit this location again. Terrible employees!!

Went to this location last week, everything went fine until I went to leave the parking lot. The divider was unsecured due to the large bolt sticking out of it, it got caught under my bumper and ripped the brackets off the right side of my bumper and broke them. Got in touch with an owner at this location, after going over the incident with him and sending him these same photos and the quote I received from a repair shop shown below he ghosted me with no further information. Really sucks to have to pay $381 because their property is poorly managed and it then damaged my property and didn’t offer any help.

We are coming to Brewsters and the location is our favorite! Always plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly.

Went to Brewsters last wk and everything I ordered they didn't have. So I left , I figured i come back to see if this week was better and they had the flavors but out of most toppings. Such a shame because In the past they were really good. Icecream I ordered today looked horrible. I don't like to post negative comments however this needed to be addressed. Won't be back any time soon.

Manager would not honor a deal posted on their Facebook and instagram. Not just for me but several people. Was rude to both of us who was asking. Walked away when we were talking to her about it. Had these poor teens running around doing everything while she stood there in the back. Literally waited 30 min for an over priced ice cream cone. Then to top it all off my wife walked back up to ask for a spoon and the manager slammed the window in her face. Neither of us were even rude to her or even upset because we don’t like confrontation.. but she was beyond rude!! Paid $20 bucks for two Ice cream cones and a kids cup to get terrible service and the whole reason we went was due to their ad they posted. False advertising and I will be reporting it unless someone can rectify this. Also the kid was literally scared of her when I asked the lady what her name was she walked away and the kid tried to tell me but when she walked over he ducked his head walked off.it was very weird. She is extremely rude and obviously not a good manager. Sounds like to me this is probably family owned, or owned by her.. they post coupons to get people in the door and then refuse to honor them.. just like the subway in suwanee. Happens often unfortunately.

System seems to be very outdated because every other brusters I’ve been to has accepted my rewards phone number except this location that told me I was not found despite showing the staff that I had an account.

Worst location. Ordered 3 days in advance but still couldn’t finish on time. No phone calls or anything, just told me it was not done and come back later. They said they would call me when it’s done. Still NOBODY CALLED. I had to call them before I go pick it up again.
