Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Manager would not honor a deal posted on their Facebook and instagram. Not just for me but several people. Was rude to both of us who was asking. Walked away when we were talking to her about it. Had these poor teens running around doing everything while she stood there in the back. Literally waited 30 min for an over priced ice cream cone. Then to top it all off my wife walked back up to ask for a spoon and the manager slammed the window in her face. Neither of us were even rude to her or even upset because we don’t like confrontation.. but she was beyond rude!! Paid $20 bucks for two Ice cream cones and a kids cup to get terrible service and the whole reason we went was due to their ad they posted. False advertising and I will be reporting it unless someone can rectify this. Also the kid was literally scared of her when I asked the lady what her name was she walked away and the kid tried to tell me but when she walked over he ducked his head walked off.it was very weird. She is extremely rude and obviously not a good manager. Sounds like to me this is probably family owned, or owned by her.. they post coupons to get people in the door and then refuse to honor them.. just like the subway in suwanee. Happens often unfortunately.

System seems to be very outdated because every other brusters I’ve been to has accepted my rewards phone number except this location that told me I was not found despite showing the staff that I had an account.

Worst location. Ordered 3 days in advance but still couldn’t finish on time. No phone calls or anything, just told me it was not done and come back later. They said they would call me when it’s done. Still NOBODY CALLED. I had to call them before I go pick it up again.

I used to work here, and now every time I order I receive a little note saying hello from former coworkers. They always go above and beyond to be kind! Makes me want to keep going back. 10/10 service ❤️

Make sure you are checking what you paid versus the price that’s on the board. The prices are very different.

I.e. the regular sundae is priced at 6.59 on the board but they charged 7.99 on the system- big difference. I’m sure people who pay with credit card aren’t even telling that there’s a difference when you hand your card over but I noticed bc I paid cash.

I recently visited Bruster's Ice Cream in Suwanee and was blown away by the quality and variety of their offerings! The ice cream was incredibly creamy and flavorful, with so many unique options to choose from. I tried their homemade waffle cone, which was fresh and perfectly crispy, complementing the ice cream beautifully. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was inviting and family-friendly, making it a perfect spot for a sweet treat. I highly recommend Bruster's for anyone looking for delicious ice cream and a great time! Wow, this is an amazing place. I have been here with fam including kids and they all loved it. The person on the counter was so kind, I am sorry that I forgot her name but we were there on Saturday night, 15th June. She was so helpful and was so kind to talk to. I highly recommend this place to all who have never been to this place??

I visited this Brusters 4/30 and witnessed some very deplorable behavior from the manager. He berated a teenage employee in front of customers. You could see the embarrassment of the crew. I was baffled. It was disturbing as if he had a complex. He needs to be corrected immediately. To berate and belittle his teenage employee in FRONT of customers was absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again.

I’m a Brusters fan. However, the Suwannee location on PIB needs major help. Managers don’t know how to manage and staff seems lazy without possession of customer service skills. i.e. telling a customer to go to website to place a pickup order. If a Brusters executive knew a customer’s order was not taken they’d probably be upset and set forth some training.

Terrible place to order online for a custom cake! I always ordered online from Baskin Robbins and never had any problem. Decided to try online ordering with Bruster’s at this location for the first time. Paid online and received order confirmation/receipt. Showed up at pick up time and they said they couldn’t find my cake and that the order must have not gone through properly, even though I got an online receipt/email to show them. They simply issued a refund. They barely had any ready-to-sell cake in store to buy at that time. Will never order cake online at this location again!
