It's a shame that there is no ketchup avaliable, no ice at the soda machine and the coca cola tastes terrible, playground dirty (tables, chairs and floor) it really needs better management.

Went here a few weeks ago the manager seemed overwhelmed having to manage kids who look like they have no desire to work and are not aware of standard hygiene practices for working at a restaurant. 1 competent hard working person can get more done than 3 kids who don’t want to be there

I had an amazing experience with Aaron at Burger King! Not only was he incredibly friendly, but his level of service was rare to find in fast food. He greeted me with a smile, was patient with my questions, and made sure my order was just right. It’s clear that he cares about his job and the customers. Aaron truly went above and beyond, making what could have been a typical fast food visit feel special. Highly recommend this place, especially if Aaron’s working—he’s a real standout!

Brian is not a good manager and doesn’t know how to treat his employees. But Charles another manager is great If you can’t treat employees equally and fairly you don’t deserve to be in a management role. .

After reading all the best reviews, it appears he has given many many people great service.I went as far as emailing the CEO tonight, hoping this kid is recognized.

I just wanted to take the time to shout out an employee named Aaron at Store #13887 in Suwanee GA. I meant to do the survey on my receipt to give this gentlemen recognition but I took too long and it timed out. I have encountered him at the drive-thru twice now and he is so proper and nice. It made ME feel like I needed to be more proper! lol. He noticed my nephew in the vehicle last minute and handed us a crown before we drove off. So sweet. I remember when I was a young kid and was part of the Burger King club and Aaron brought that to my memory with the crown. What an advocate! Hope this review gets back to him and gets the recognition he deserves!

Sunday, while ordering at drive thru, I watched an employee get done his shift, get in the drive thru behind me and proceed to throw his water bottle into the bushes. Class act by that employee
