I wish I had reviewed the 4 or 5 previous times I have been here when the food was great and fresh, and the drinks were delicious.
However yesterday was a very disappointing experience.
From the time we ordered to the time we received our food (dine-in) was 40 minutes. After 30 minutes I went up to check on our order and was told we were third ticket, even though I watched everyone before us get their order, eat and leave.
It was very busy. Lost orders happen, I get it.
But when we finally got the food it was wrong, missing items and frankly tasted disgusting.
While waiting for our food, I returned the iced salted caramel latte because it was undrinkable. The salt was overwhelming and tasted like an entire shaker was dumped in there.
The employee addressing my concerns was very nice and willing to help. She first offered to make a different drink, but instead allowed my request to exchange it for a bottled water-no charge.
By the time we took our first few bites of our terrible sandwiches, we were not willing to stay any longer to get that resolved as well, so we left.
I don’t mind waiting a long time for great food at a popular place, lost orders happen sometimes, but the drinks and food I would hope to always be consistently delicious.

Young baristas are very nice and warm, but they constantly seem stress it leads me to wonder how management is treating them. We haven’t gotten any bad food yet, but our family friend heard from another customer there was mold on some bread which was concerning to hear, but reality experience was very nice.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service is phenomenal and the coffees and food are delicious.
Ordered the egg and cheese sandwich on French and eggs and bacon sandwich with side salad recommended by the staff and it was impressive.
HoChiMin City was nice and sweet, the GA Honey Latte was perfectly prepared with 50% sweetness.
I decided to try the Double Cortado to close out my caffeine craving.
I’ll be back to try some more from their expansive menu.

I got hot Cafe con leche, which was good
But sandwich was just average, i could tell the ingredients are from one of the bulk store. I wish they put an a little bit of more effort to it like toasting or using better cheese.

The service was average. One staff just stared at me without saying hi or smile when I entered there, so I awkwardly stared her back. While the other lady was busy making food & talking with a customer.

I observed her how she interacted with other customers she said “Welcome in” with warm voice to some, bring the coffee or the food to the table to the other customers. while I had to pick mine up from the counter. I would just assume that she was busy for my own benefits.

Although it wasn’t the best experience, I would still come back to try different coffee.

Food is great. The only thing i don't like is the door which doesn't close completely. With the how the weather is right now, it makes it very uncomfortable to eat inside.

A cute, clean cafe with friendly, helpful staff. Decent coffee, good sandwiches, clean bathroom. The sandwich was made exactly as ordered and tasted good. A huge plus - they have non-disposable plates and cups with cute stirring spoons.
Only downsides for me - there is no whole-grain or whole-wheat bread and the bathroom cleaning sprays are open on the ground instead of being corralled out of sight into a cabinet.

Staff is great, but they always seem so stressed when I come in. It makes me question how management treats these young adults on a daily basis.

I drove from Vinings to try the Yirgacheffe Hand drip. I was told that they only had Ethiopian and Brazil. I was deeply disappointed to know that I had to order it as a pour over and this business didn’t offer a drip based coffee.

I think consumers should know that this location doesn’t sell Drip coffee according to the woman wearing a “I’m not gay pin”. Everyone was nice. And I would return.

Still a happy customer!

Today I visited Cafe Amica and as usual the place was crowded. So my family had to sit outside. While we were waiting to order hot chocolate. I sat in a chair and it was broken unbeknownst to me. I  fell backwards and hit my head on a stone wall. I tried to make an incident report with the manager, however I was told that she was at their other location. I was told by the clerk to leave my name and phone number, and I would  receive a  phone call from the manager.  I'm expecting  to receive a phone call.
