For the last five times I have gone to this location I have had an issue with my order regardless of dining it, going through the drive thru, or even delivery. Something is always wrong or missing or both without fail. Absolutely disappointing

We have been getting takeout from this store once a week for many years. Until recently the quality was excellent but something changed in the past few weeks. Something has been wrong every order for at least 6 or more weeks. Dressings are missing, the gluten free bun is missing, there is no cheese or lettuce or tomato on the club sandwich, etc. This week was the worst. They forgot my fries and left the bacon off the club sandwich. I didn't notice until I got home (shame on me for not checking while in the store). I tried to call but only got a recording and the app doesn't give me an option to explain the problem. I don't know what has happened but you need to spend some time training your kitchen and front counter staff on quality control. Very disappointing.

I'm a dark complexion complexion customer who has lived in Johns Creek Georgia 22 years (July 3, 2003 to 2025 present) repeatedly snubbed and refused same service as White customers). In 2024 they even invited Sheriff on the premise to discourage me from entering the restaurant. Yet they close their restaurant every Sunday claiming Christian faith beliefs. If you are dark complexion African American American, save yourself the embarrassment, eat some place else and stay away from the Christian restaurant practice's at Chic Fil A . . . Apparently the Cathy's way of doing business no longer exist at the Johns Creek GA location. . . I for one have had enough of the overly salty food and sour service/disposition at the Johns Creek Georgia Chic Fila. . .

Usually don’t post reviews but the size of this chicken breast (or a breast cut in half) is ridiculously small and thin - note it’s the length of the sauce packet and no thicker than my finger. The cost of this plus hash browns and an iced coffee (no upgrades or additions to the meal) was $8.49. The cost of the food is increasing while the size is decreasing.
