Placed order for lunch, in that order I ordered 12 fried nuggets. Received 4 chicken strips. I d'o not like the chicken strips they taste funny to me. I took one bite because that was my lunch, so I was trying to make do, but one bite and that was it. Just could not and would not eat them. Called them later on and left message that my order was wrong and I didn't have lunch that day. They said they would send me a coupon for free nuggets. First off they are not free! We paid for them! Second, they sent coupon card for 8 nuggets or sandwich. We PAID for 12! How are you making things right? By me making an extra trip and still not getting the correct order that was paid for. You are actually insulting me, your customer by offering less than what was paid for! Highly disappointed!

We have been getting takeout from this store once a week for many years. Until recently the quality was excellent but something changed in the past few weeks. Something has been wrong every order for at least 6 or more weeks. Dressings are missing, the gluten free bun is missing, there is no cheese or lettuce or tomato on the club sandwich, etc. This week was the worst. They forgot my fries and left the bacon off the club sandwich. I didn't notice until I got home (shame on me for not checking while in the store). I tried to call but only got a recording and the app doesn't give me an option to explain the problem. I don't know what has happened but you need to spend some time training your kitchen and front counter staff on quality control. Very disappointing.
I'm a dark complexion complexion customer who has lived in Johns Creek Georgia 22 years (July 3, 2003 to 2025 present) repeatedly snubbed and refused same service as White customers). In 2024 they even invited Sheriff on the premise to discourage me from entering the restaurant. Yet they close their restaurant every Sunday claiming Christian faith beliefs. If you are dark complexion African American American, save yourself the embarrassment, eat some place else and stay away from the Christian restaurant practice's at Chic Fil A . . . Apparently the Cathy's way of doing business no longer exist at the Johns Creek GA location. . . I for one have had enough of the overly salty food and sour service/disposition at the Johns Creek Georgia Chic Fila. . .
