Took my wife out for lunch here my first time. I thought the food was ok. Love the fancy pants chicken salad 👍. Great!
The place was comfortable and easy to talk. Will most likely come again.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and very sweet probably to make up for the exceptionally bad food. Definitely nothing to write home about. I will not return and my entire family agrees with me.

I love the little touches, like the framed pictures on the wall — it gives the space such a neat and welcoming feel.

This is one of the cleanest restaurant bathroom I’ve ever seen. The toilet area is spotless and everything feels fresh and well cared for.

You can tell the team here takes pride in keeping things not only sanitary but also inviting. Their food is amazing and healthy. Big thumbs up to Chicken Salad Chick for setting the bar high! 👏✨

The food is consistently great, but one person taking orders during lunch is a bad idea. There was a long line and food kept piling up from the kitchen. Also the cashier was visibly offended when I didn't add a tip for counter service. It's very frustrating the way businesses like this are trying to get more money out of its customers. For what? Doing your job? Sure, it's purely optional, but being dismissed by the employee when you opt not to is unprofessional and doesn't make one feel overly inclined to return.

Probably haven't dined at this location for a year and I have a disclaimer, I have the same opinion about my Snellville order from last week, so maybe it's a corporate quality issue, and they are cutting corners systemwide now days: the croissant was dry, my Cranberry Kelli chicken salad hardly had any cranberry in it and the brocolli salad just tasted blah. I use to love this sandwich/side combo and have had it many, many times in the past.
Guess maybe my CSC dining is done. The staff was very nice though.

Very over priced for Watery so called chicken salad in a plastic take out container.

I tried both chicken salad fancy and the spicy pimiento cheese amazing, don’t leave without trying the white chocolate cake it was creamy and delicious. Super seeet staff.

I recently visited Chicken Salad Chick and found the experience to be underwhelming. The restaurant's interior felt outdated, the addition of plastic tablecloths and plasticware giving it a less-than-premium feel. Despite indicating that I was dining in, after being asked. I was served my meal in a plastic takeout container, which detracted from the dining experience. The restaurant felt more like a cafeteria with its crackers and cookies in wrappers. The menu focuses on a variety of chicken salads, each based on a basic chicken salad recipe with different ingredients added. While the concept is interesting, I was not sold on this dining experience. The chicken salad itself was just okay, served on a bed of salad, but overall, the dish lacked excitement and originality. I can buy a chicken salad in a plastic container from Publix.

The chicken salad varieties are plenty. The taste and freshness is top notch but I think the portions are small and it is pricey for what you get but I will go again
