After moving to Suwanee, this was my second visit to this Chipotle location. As an Asian immigrant who has already lived in the U.S. for over twenty years, I initially thought I might have misunderstood the unpleasant treatment I received on my first visit. But after today’s second visit, I am certain I was right.

The same short Latino employee who handles orders at the front—quick-handed, seemingly smart, and clearly aware of it—kept rushing me even though it was well past the lunch rush, just like the first time. He pushed me through my order so fast that I nearly forgot to request my usual beans, and the portions he served were noticeably smaller than at other Chipotle locations. His manner felt less like customer service and more like distributing rations at a free meal line.

A more troubling issue was what happened when I asked for plain white rice without cilantro. He said it was possible but then went to the back, spoke quietly with another kitchen worker while glancing at me and laughing, and did the same again with a female employee at the register—speaking in Spanish, looking at me, and laughing as though making remarks about my request.

It is ironic that the corporate office struggles with competition, declining performance, and a falling stock price, while frontline employees behave as if they hold some sort of privilege. This area has a large Asian community, yet I rarely see Asian staff here. Now I understand why—apparently, someone here has managed to keep things that way.

As someone who actually likes Chipotle, I sincerely hope that this employee-a rising CHIPOTLE HERO, continues working in the same hourly position at this very location until his retirement age—around sixty-five hopefully?. Poor Chipotle.

It was during the bogo deal the employees were on it amazing job they did with a line wrapped outside the door and they trucked through it were serving the best food!!

This was by far the worst chipotle. The young lady making the bowls had the only attitude and I’m pretty sure her name was Marianna. Get a new job if you don’t like this one. We pay a lot of money for chipotle and to have her with an attitude for any little thing you ask is ridiculous. Everything was almost out as well and it was 9. 2 hours before closing. Won’t ever visit this location again!

Terrible portions, I ordered a steak bowl. I only get rice , steak, sour cream, lettuce and shredded cheese on my order. There was barely any steak in the bowl. I was honestly shocked. With the sugarloaf location I never have any issues with portions. Never going back and it’s 2 minutes from my house.

I just left this location and drove to the one in Buford. The Suwanee location the food was not fresh. It looked old and dry. When I asked for fajita veggies the young lady looked at me with a smile and said “We’re out of that”. It was 830 and they don’t close until 11. She didn’t attempt to get more she didn’t ask if I’d mind waiting while they made more. She just looked at me. The Buford location was clean and food was fresh and full. And they received my money.

Food is alright... haven't had any bad ingredients like unwashed lettuce or raw meat yet (though the rice has been mushy a few times ) ... but the customer service has definitely declined over the past few months... on one occasion, I ordered a bowl with barbacoa but was charged for a chicken bowl with double meat because one of the line cooks wrote it incorrectly on the lid... I understand the line cook work is tough but she could have at least apologized... but she didn't and tried to avoid eye contact... it has been almost a couple of months since I last visited this location because of this experience...

I used to like the Chipotle at this location, but it’s gone downhill fast. The portion sizes have shrunk to the point of being laughable, especially the meat. The manager should be replaced, and the employees need better training. The meat portion should be standardized so customers get a fair and consistent amount for the price we pay. What was once a reliable and satisfying lunch spot is now one of the worst places to eat.

They ran out of chicken and I only had exact change for my regular order. I asked if they could do what they have available for the price of my regular order and the manager said no. They wasted more money throwing away my bowl that was already made than to just approve of my request which was their fault in the first place.

I have visited this restaurant again aftet have a bad experience. This location is the worst location ever I visited in different area.
I ordered two carne asada bowl and the serving lady was putting around twenty meats that I could count. I said that is too less but the lady was asking me if I want to have fajita vegi instead of put more meats. However, she was putting more meat on a bowl who was behind of me.
I called Chipotle customer service and they just offer BOGO deal that is end November 23rd and not two bowls, only one bowl. They just hung up on me when I said their suggestion doesn't make me satisfied twice. Worst company and made me not eating the foods from there.
I used to like Chipotle but I think I will eat somewhere else if I want to eat kind of food. There will be more choice of restaurants in the area. I am posting the picture of meat that put on my meal and I don't know who will pay $12.60 for vegi bowl with around 20 meats.

They post to contact Chipotle website and I already contact them and send me a $5 coupons that is expired October 23rd but in order to get this deal, I need to buy at least $5 product from them. How funny they are. If I were you I would provide two free meals to there customer if I messed up the customer's meal like that. Chipotle headquarter must see how they got 3.1 stars put of 5 stars. They dont take serious about the customers. You guys has e coli around 13 years ago and got customers back and the customers are getting disappointed by the foods that you provide abd you don't care about the customer anymore and will lose more customers just like back in the time you had issue with your food.
