Stopped by Chipotle right before closing, and I was impressed with how well the staff treated us. Even though it was late, they were friendly, didn’t rush us, and made sure our food was fresh and well-prepared. The flavors were on point, and everything tasted great! The only downside was that the dining area was a bit messy, but given the time, it was understandable. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely come back!

Annoyed that EVERY time I order a salad from this location I barely get any salad. Like how does that even make sense and yes the portions they provide are small. These employees rush to make orders a d do a bad job at it. So disappointed. Going to have to drive out of my way to go to another location that I know for a fact does better!! If you go here for a salad, I recommend ordering in person so you can advise them on the portions!

This is the worst location don’t go here. The workers are god awful as they ignore your presence after 9:30 pm. They are rude and are sloppy with the food. I came in at 10:20 and they were blasting rap music in the back while I waiting in like for 10 minutes. AFTER they finally came to serve me, the server told me they were out of “chicken , rice, corn, lettuce” BASICALLY EVERYTHING and wasting my time. Please don’t come here it’s the worst and if the manager is reading please fire or look over your workers

I’ve been here a handful of times because it’s the closest location to me, and each time gets more disappointing than the last. But today is my last straw with this place. I ordered two burritos, one for my brother and one for me. I came to the store by myself to take out, and the lazy woman puts both tortillas in the warmer at once, resulting in a hard dry tortilla. Then I take a bite when I get home. The hardest white rice, it felt like I was eating sand giblets. There was also such little sauce, it was straight up inedible. The last times I went here, I always get guac and chips and every single time, my chips were hard and stale or my guac is half brown. I don’t understand why this chipotle is the nastiest location and why it has to be the closest one to my house. If you think oh maybe it’s not that bad, it really is. Don’t even get me started on the service. It’s the same people with the same bad attitude like they’re forced at gun point to clock in everyday. They even argue and give each other attitude in front of the customers. I didn’t know it was possible to have such gross chipotle until moving back to Georgia and living next to this one. I will miss the chipotle near my college out of state in California. At least their food is edible. I had to throw away two burritos today, and guess what? Chipotle customer service online is an atrocious timely process. I waited 30 mins in chat, submitting every detail: time, store location, last 4 digits of my credit card, expiration???, just to salvage a measly refund for my tummy ache and wasted time. I am hungry and disgusted all at the same time. If you have the time to go to literally any other location in this vast state, PLEASE GOOOOO!!!

Ordered 2 burritos & 1 salad online. Order wasn't ready when expected, but they were busy.
1 burrito was about twice the size of the other... the smaller one was definitely not up to par. The salad was not a salad. It was a bowl with minimal lettuce & no dressing on the side. Won't be going back. The 2 other locations I usually go to are MUCH better. Corporate should really take note of this location.

This store don’t need more bad reviews, I thing it has enough of that but honestly they need to do something about the service here, I live in the area and this is the closest location to me but I think twice before coming in because I feel like I am not welcome in this store, very bad specially because I am not asking for anything free. Pay this people better, Chipotle and educate them about customer service and the importance of a good face, including the management which it’s awful!

Ordered a bowl with rice, steak, extra fajita, extra lettuce, salsa and cheese. None were extra portion and salsa wasn't even added. Also, ordered chips and queso and only queso was in, NO CHIPS!!! These were all ordered through app and picked up and I didn't even know they were missing until got home and opened it. Every single time I order this store through app ends up with MISSING bunch! THIS STORE IS DESPERATELY NEEDED PROPER TRAINING!!! GOSH.
