Cross contamination.... just witnessed a worker wipe down the food station with a damp, dirty cloth ... did not change gloves and proceeded to prepare bowls on the cold side, grabbing cheese and lettuce. I just walked out...

I visited this location on August 10, 2025, around 4:30 pm or 5 pm. I ordered a quesadilla without cheese, which I had previously ordered at this location. However, the management informed me that they couldn’t fulfill my request. I had come there on my lunch break and was disappointed because I had to settle for McDonald’s fries.

As a lactose intolerant individual, it’s frustrating that the management couldn’t accommodate my order of an item that I’ve been consistently requesting throughout the year and at this specific location. It’s absurd that they couldn’t make something without an item that I’m allergic to.

This experience was poor customer service and a sign of poor management. I’ll also be filing a formal complaint with corporate because a manager signed off on this decision.

3 stars seems about right. The food was 2. I had old lettuce and something hard like a nut or something else in my burrito. Something told me not to eat here. We will see how I feel later. I didn’t finish my food to the fact that I was grossed out from the whole experience. Don’t come here if you can go somewhere better. Good luck.

Do not go here and waste your time, I’ve gone here in the past 2 weeks 4 times and everytime they do not have fajitas. These workers do not care as there is no manager there ever. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
This is probably the most disgusting thing I’ve ever encountered in regards of ordering food from a restaurant.
I ordered a burrito bowl from the suwanee lawrenceville chipotle location (ORDERED DELIVERY ON UBER EATS) with beef barbacoa as the meat option. Upon biting into a fork full of my food I felt something abnormally rubbery unlike any fatty piece of meat I’ve eaten before, so I pulled out the rubbery noodle-like piece of meat from my mouth, I find a literal artery/blood vessel connected to some other membrane-like tissue, almost the size of my fork. I was so repulsed I had to run to the bathroom so I didn’t vomit on the table, I got SICK from seeing what I almost ingested. Nobody wants/expects arteries in their beef.
I understand that inconsistencies in food qualities happen for all restaurants but this in particular is completely UNACCEPTABLE and it is the employees job(s) while cooking/preparing the meats to make sure that these things do not happen to customers, especially considering Chipotle is an expensive food option.
This is a safety violation and I am absolutely disgusted, who knows what other kind of quality issues this place has. I will never be eating Chipotle again from any location. This is my personal experience, BE WARNED and always check your food.

My office picks up lunch here probably 1-2 times a month. We are regular customers.
Yet somehow, SOMEHOW today they managed to take ingredients from each one of our bowls and completely mix them all up together. Normally it's one or two ingredients off, which is expected, but today nothing was right but the bag of chips and queso.
Fast-forward I end up just taking the whole bag back asking for our proper orders, and the employee had enough audacity to say the ORDERS were right, the lids were just on the wrong bowls. I had to literally stand next to her and show her like a 5-yr old how each bowl had the wrong ingredients regardless of what was on the lids.
They end up remaking the whole order and STILL managed to mess up two of the bowls a second time. Absolutely comically incompetent. Do NOT place a mobile order for this location. You have to stand over them and watch how they make your order for it to be right.

This is the single worst Chipotle I have ever encountered. It is a blessing if they actually get my order right for a change. This is a group of employees (and likely management since you never see them) that cares absolutely nothing at all about getting your order right. Avoid at all costs. This location is worse than awful.

I don’t know why I bothered trying this location again. It’s always disappointing. We need to normalize walking out when something doesn’t look right. The serving line is filthy. Beef in the chicken, corn in the lettuxe. Witnessed a fly crawling around on a stack on burrito tortillas and KNOW the girl making my bowl saw it too and completely ignored it. She acted frustrated when I decided on double chicken after her half butt serving she put in my bowl (which looked completely different than the person served before me). It was NOT a double portion. The chicken was the bottom of the barrel and looked like jerky. I wanted to leave but was too embarrassed to walk out after she started. I say this and I mean it this time. I will never return to this location again. Additionally, I was so disgusted that I walked out without scanning for rewards OR getting a receipt or I would have asked for a refund. This food is garbage and I wasted 14 dollars on it. YUCK 🤢

Stopped by Chipotle right before closing, and I was impressed with how well the staff treated us. Even though it was late, they were friendly, didn’t rush us, and made sure our food was fresh and well-prepared. The flavors were on point, and everything tasted great! The only downside was that the dining area was a bit messy, but given the time, it was understandable. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely come back!
