OK, so the food itself is outstanding. Primo if you are eating in. Where these people fail is if you order to-go. They don't put their food in normal, open and closeable containers - if you order, say, some fries or okra, it'll come in a little paper tray, then the literally wad it up in a wax paper and toss it into a bag. Meaning, by the time you get home, the paper has unfolded and your food is tumbling around in the bottom of the bag. Or if you aren't sure which way is up or down from how its wadded up, you are going to spill your fries everywhere. On my last, and likely final visit, I asked the staff if they could put my food in actual containers and got a lot of lip about how expensive the containers are.. Like, the food is good, but that is assuming it makes it to the destination. Nevermind portions are at an all time low. Not worth the hassle or gamble.

Food quality and test has gone downhill. Used to love the brisket, now it's okay, same with the pork not sure what happened. Customer service has always been great and donate to the local community
The food is excellent. The staff is great…but I hate how the public treats staff here! They have been short staffed and backed up and these entitled folks who come in are insufferable. The manager got frustrated with an order filler but it was truly the customers being rude and causing confusion not the guy doing the orders. I hated seeing them treated so poorly . That’s the only reason I rated the atmosphere lower because some of those customers are awful .
