The atmosphere is okay, but the prices of bread and coffee are relatively expensive compared to other stores.

Oh my goodness, I absolutely LOVE this place! Some of the best macarons I’ve ever had (try the lemon and the French vanilla macaron😍) and the staff are always so sweet and attentive! Their pastries are always fresh and delicious. Yes they can be a bit pricey, but you definitely are paying for quality and the portions are pretty big!

So many awesome sweet and savory items to choose from. Liked the Tissue bread, pistachio croissant and the cream bun.

Love this cafe, love studying here, great atmosphere, but the only thing that stops me from coming here more often and giving 5 stars is how cold it is inside sometimes. Multiple times I had to leave simply because it was so cold even with long pants and a hoodie on I would be shivering.
Edit: they fixed the temperature, everything is perfect now I LOVE this place.
Edit 2: never mind it’s really cold again

Overpriced place with wrong name. Confectionery is a candy store not bakery or pastry!
Absolutely love this place! Great food, drinks and the bakery goods are delicious. They sell so much here! Sweet and savory baked goods and a variety of breakfast items and coffees. Highly recommend the flat Crossaints and the chocolate dipped Crossaints!! The environment is great but is very noisy and there is a ton of people in here almost always but it's understandable since this place is amazing!

Confection Bakery in the Suwanee location has just opened, so the interior is clean.
Confection is a Korean Bakery that sells many types of bread, including soboro and pretzel, which have been loved in Korea since the 1970s, as well as the hot chocolate, plain, butter croissants, ciabatta, and cakes.
The coffee tastes good too. There are various types of coffee, including espresso, drop coffee, caffe latte, and kippuccino.
There are many types of soups and baguettes that can be eaten lightly as a meal replacement.
The carrot cake and croissant are especially delicious!

I get the strawberry cake every year for my daughter’s birthday. It’s always a hit. But this year, she opted for the lemon. We were surprised to find it filled with blackberries and blueberries…perfect combo with the lemon curd. So delicious! I love that their cakes are beautiful, taste fresh, and not overly sweet. The cake box is functional yet beautiful. Candles and cake cutter included!

Asian female (with the glass) was very rude and this is the second time that I came here and I get to see her by bad luck, she was always rude has a attitude problem, I don't know why. One thing for sure that I'm never going to come back again unless I don't have to see her.

I just left this cafe and had a really unpleasant experience. I am Korean, so I greeted them in Korean, but the staff only answered and asked questions in English. I understand that the employees are not required to speak Korean, but they naturally spoke Korean to the customer who came right behind me. I felt like they were mocking me. Did they ignore you because they thought you were a foreigner?
I'm not sure if it's lack of service training or lack of basic courtesy, but I think I'll think twice before visiting again.
The bread and desserts were very delicious, and the atmosphere was really nice. However, I think service is an important factor that can ruin the overall experience or, on the contrary, make it better.
*Actually, I originally tried to eat at the store, but after experiencing this unpleasant experience, I couldn't sit comfortably, so I ended up ordering takeout.

I’m visiting from New York and stopped by to buy some bread for my girlfriend. She recommended this place, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality—it was even better than I expected. The flavors were excellent, and if this bakery were in New York, I’m sure it would be one of the city’s most popular spots.
I usually don’t like scones, but the fig-topped scone was my favorite. It didn’t have the typical dry texture of most scones; instead, it was perfectly moist with a hint of sweetness. It might just be the best scone I’ve ever had.

This spot has firmly established itself as a staple in the community and a popular gathering place for locals. Their bakery offerings are undeniably better than most, with a quality that justifies their popularity. However, be mindful of the prices—they add up quickly, and it’s easy to find yourself with a surprisingly high bill as you stack up pastries.
The atmosphere is lively and inviting, but the noise level can be overwhelming, especially during peak hours. Some sound-dampening solutions, such as acoustic panels, would go a long way in making the space more conducive to conversation. As it stands, it’s often necessary to raise your voice to be heard over the bustling crowd.
Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy high-quality baked goods, though a few tweaks to the environment could make it even better.
