The best burger I've ever had... I ordered craft classy and Busy Bees and Sweet & spicy chicken... The light and superfluous taste of the burger. Also, the tray was warm, so I felt friendly..
Spicy chicken is such an art. I'm going to visit here again. I've never been to a place like this..

My burger was good, but......for the high price of it and to not include fries was bad. Fries were expensive too. If I have to pay that kind of money for a burger, I want a better atmosphere! Having to order at the counter, then have to go to the counter to pick it up, I could have gone to Mickey Ds. And the place to sit to eat......wow. Again, sparse, uncomfortable and uninviting.

The food was great. I had this 2 times in one week. The reason why it will be 4 stars is because the time we had to wait. It took about 20-40 minutes for our food to come. Big atmosphere and nice service. Food was halal except the bacon, steak, and chicken wings.

During my visit to Georgia, from Alabama, my friends and I decided to stop by Craft Burger by Shane, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was casual, and the staff were friendly. The general manager, Abbass, was especially welcoming, ensuring our experience was enjoyable.

I tried the Craft Burger, the Almost Famous Burger, and the K-Pop Burger. All three were excellent, but the Almost Famous Burger was my favorite. It was tender, juicy, fresh, and absolutely delicious—a must-try for anyone visiting!

For those who need HALAL options, they are available upon request, which is a thoughtful and accommodating feature.

Overall, Craft Burger by Shane offers HALAL option, amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and will definitely visit again!

Probably one of the best halal burger places in the Atl metro area!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I had to wait 33 minutes for a simple hamburger, and during that time, none of the employees, including the cashier, bothered to acknowledge or apologize for the delay. They just stared at me like nothing was wrong. To make matters worse, the fries were cold when they finally arrived. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be coming back.

I informed Ali, the manager, about my shellfish allergies, and he went above and beyond to ensure my safety and enjoyment. Instead of simply telling me what to avoid, Ali took the initiative to inform the kitchen staff, who prepared our meals separately and with extra precautions.

What impressed me most was Ali's personal touch. He took the time to explain the measures they were taking and reassured me that I was in good hands. It's clear that he's passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience.

In a world where excellent food is plentiful, it's the rare restaurants like this one that truly stand out. Ali's dedication to customer satisfaction has earned this restaurant a loyal customer in me. I'll be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch dining experience!

"I love the craft burger here in Suwanee. However, the indoor space is a bit disappointing. I've always thought it would be nice to expand and remodel the interior. A few days ago, I went to Craft Burger By Shane Jones Bridge with a friend. It was designed like an upscale restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. I hope the craft burger place in our Suwanee can also be made nice like that."

Tried it when it opened and retried it again recently and it's gotten so much better! Over all a very good change and food is very flavorful. Fries are awesome as well plus everything is now Halal. Definitely recommend to all to try.

Ali is very kind and helpful.

For my desi folks and spice eaters, they have a extremely spicy sause they keep in the back. Be mindful it burns and a small dab is enough. We tried it and even took some home.
