Food quality has gone down over there years , burger and fries was not fresh nor hot when I ordered to go , lovely cashier but the owner was too worried about decorating rather than assisting with orders during a rush.

First time here, waited about 20 minutes for mine and my husband's food, we finally get it and its ice cold. We both got burgers one with fries and one with tots. We tried to eat it so we didn't have to wait another 20 minutes but I told my husband for 36 bucks I want hot food. They remake the burgers and it was decent until half way through my burger is still pink. At this point im over it. Also do they not toast or grill the buns? Even on our recook the buns were still cold. Won't be back . I'd rather go to five guys if I'm spending that kind of money on a burger.

Ordered my meal and realized I mistakenly forgot to ask for my patty well done, due to medical reasons (COMPLETELY MY FAULT BECAUSE I FORGOT). And so I placed another order for a well done patty. We were waiting for about 30 minutes but they weren't calling my name. Customers that came after me all got their orders so I went up and asked about the patty, but that took about 5 minutes to find out what happened. Turns out they forgot to make it. I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes so I ended up asking to cancel my order. They didn't give me my full amount back (tax) but I didn't want to complain because that would take another 5 minutes. Also, the store smelled like old wet towels.
Sad day to eat at Craft Burger.

I had an excellent experience at Craft Burger in Suwanee today. The customer service was outstanding!

When I arrived to pick up my online order, I realized I had forgotten to include an order of mozzarella sticks. I asked the cashier, and she immediately added the item with a friendly attitude and a smile. Both the young lady and the young man working at the register were extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy.

I’ve always liked this place but today was the worst. They were supposed to open at noon. I placed an order online and I get there are 12:10 to pickup my order. There’s a sign on the door that says they won’t open until 12:30. I need to inquire about my order so I get out to speak to the person sweeping. I’m having to scream through the locked door because the young lady won’t open the door to properly communicate with me. I can’t even hear what she’s saying and her nonchalant attitude just made matters worse. So, I have no food and no refund. This has to be the worse customer service experience I’ve had in a long time.

Vegetarian impossible burger is very, very good

I just ordered through DoorDash my crafted burger (veggie) with sweet potato fries and it was delicious! The burger was great, lots of fries and I loved it!

Also packaged burger separated from fries, and the boxes half way closed so it was still fresh and not wet, mushy. Loved the details that really matter to me.

Will definitely order again!
