Rude servers, I told the guy who took my order in drive thru today that I liked his makeup he made a face and just ignored me. He also didn't want to give me a cup with a lid on it so I could cover the malt I got. I had to pay for a empty regular cup I've never been asked to pay that before today.

love this location in the middle of business hours, but if you arrive anytime after 9pm the location will likely be closed early 😔 At this point, just change the hours to 9pm closing.

Purchased a pint of ice cream from the freezer. Got home and there were no pieces of Devil’s food cake after getting 1/5 of the way through the pint. Called about a refund and was told I needed a receipt. Funny thing was we made two orders while there and neither order got a receipt.

How was I supposed to get the refund?

Goodness Gracious

We were treated very poorly today by the owner Ali. We ordered our food as usual, used a coupon, he gave us a bad look & with a bad attitude, made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. He asked us if we were to dine in or take out. We chose to dine in. After a while waiting, we went up to the counter to find our order in a brown bag sitting there. We told Ali about that order was clearly place as dinning in and he pretentious he didn’t understand my point . He was holding the bag not wanting to hand us the. He even offended us with another level of attitude, telling us he is the owner. I asked him for the corporate contact info and telling him we could report him of how bad he treated us. He spoke out loud to ask us leave the place and to never come back. That was the worst experience we ever had. The thing is that there other options in the area where they treat patrons with friendliness and courtesy.

Owner harassed and kicked out Jr Beta volunteers helping an elementary school event. Tried taking pictures of the girls who he deemed inappropriately dressed and when they refused he kicked them out to stand in a hurricane rain storm with no rides home as they are 12-13 years old! Horrible man and horrible environment would give 0 stars

Service used to be great. We eat there once a week and about every 3rd week, our order will be wrong. The first few times it happened, we assumed it was an aberration. But, this last time, afyer coming all the way home, my husband took the order back. The manager was less than receptive to any criticism. Not going back since we have to pass 5 Guys anyway... and their fries are better.
