Our experience with Cuts Sugarloaf was exceptional from start to finish. The hostess who seated us (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was very kind and cordial. Our server, Claire, provided great service throughout the evening. Our meals were fantastic. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and we will surely be back!

This is the third time I've brought my team to Cuts and it never disappoints. The service from Destiny was exceptional. The food was very quick for a table of 9 and everything was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend Cuts if you want a fantastic dining experience.

Food is ok. Maybe outback level. They offer higher end steaks so if you want a better steak than what's on the menu just make the drive to Buckhead or Midtown

Overall, it was good. Claire and Yvonne were great. They met all of our needs. The music was pretty loud and the singer was not that great. In the higher note range his vocals needed help. Food was good although the 10oz Prime Filet I thought was a little pricey at $90. Tasted great though I have to admit and it was cooked perfectly. The sides were ordinary, nothing super special about them. We had the mushrooms, the Jalapeño grits, and the creamed spinach. Cocktails were good and the two desserts we had were both tasty.

Excellent service and atmosphere. The steaks were good as well as sides. Mashed potatoes and seasonal brussel sprouts were excellent. The bacon pork belly appetizer was disappointing. The texture was more like solid gristle than buttery with a weird Thai chile sauce that did not go with the smoked concept.

Amazingly well prepared food with incredible, fantastic courteous service. The ambience was elegant without being pretentious.

Our 2 servers were excellent. They were very pleasant and pay close attention to details. The food was good and the steaks were served at the exact temperature we asked. As for the ambient, we sat in the pit in front of the bar; it was extremely cold, customers next to us asked to move. I enjoy live music but it was too loud. The price was also high to what we were getting.

I enjoyed the experience overall but the fried lobster tail wasn't as good as it's been before, it was tough and chevy

We are always treated like family there. The food and service are top-notch. The GM, Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and a great team lead, heading up a fantastic experience every time.

Overall a very good dinner. The service staff was a bit too attentive. Not a criticism but they need to know when to come to the table. The unneeded interruptions were a disruption.

We had an amazing experience the first time we dined here back in February. This time there were minor disappointments I was a tad bit confused on. We were told we were the first of the evening but both the sides were a bit cold. Also, our waiter packed up our food to go for us. I didn't noticed until I got home that I was missing the Cuts Signature sauce for my steak. I still had half my steak left and half of my sauce left. Not sure how this happened. I would come back, but maybe it's best not to go upon first opening.
