My husband I visit at least once a month for dinner for date night. My girlfriends and I met there Friday night, hung out in the lounge, listened to a great live band, laughed and enjoyed the people and atmosphere. The food, cocktails and service are always on point! Jonathan and Brie always take incredible care to ensure we have an amazing experience! If you haven't been on a Friday night, go listen to DAI the band, get to know Jonathan, and enjoy the wonderful food! You won't be disappointed!

Cuts Steakhouse Sugarloaf is absolutely top tier. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming and upscale without feeling stuffy. The staff is friendly, attentive, and really knows what they are doing, which makes the whole experience even better. The drinks were great. Well made cocktails, solid pours, and a really nice selection that pairs perfectly with the food. But the real star of the show is the steak. Their aged steaks are hands down the best around. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and worth every bite. You can truly taste the quality and care that goes into every dish. The sides were on point and generous, and everything came out hot and perfectly timed. This is the kind of place you go for a celebration, a date night, or just when you want an amazing meal done right. Cuts Steakhouse Sugarloaf never disappoints and we will absolutely be back.

Nicole from the Duluth GA location our server did an absolutely astounding job. She was engaged with us, patient with us, and provided the best customer service anyone can ask for. Nicole is a keeper for sure!

Don't order the short ribs. They were terrible. It was a lump of beef that tasted like stew meat. I'm really not sure what they served me, but it was not the short ribs I am accustom to. You've been warned.....

Our favorite local steakhouse — the place we choose for every celebration and special occasion. It never disappoints. The service, the food, the atmosphere... everything is consistently amazing. Our server last night was wonderful. I had dropped off a cake the night before, and they handled it perfectly, which saved me the stress of bringing it in on the day of. Just a small heads‑up for anyone planning to do the same: there's a $3‑per‑plate cake service fee. I wasn't told about it when I dropped the cake off and only noticed it on the bill. Not a huge deal, and I would've ordered dessert anyway, but as a frequent customer I didn't expect the charge without a mention. Still, this place remains our go‑to spot, and we always leave happy. We'll be back soon!

Expensive but they are a cut above. Get it? They charge $3 a person if you bring your own birthday cake but they cut it and boxed it for us. The salmon with skin on is excellent and so is the cuts ribeye with Hawaiian flavors. Live music starts at 7.

Service was very good. The atmosphere is great if you're looking for something low key. They take the hustle and bustle out and make you feel relaxed. Food is great and priced that way as well. It's amazing how much food costs these days! I've been here several times now and it has not disappointed.

I had a terrible experience at Cuts Steakhouse in Sugarloaf.

Service was inconsistent—one waitress was great, the other was rude and dismissive. A man who appeared to be a manager or sommelier offered wine samples, then opened bottles without our consent and charged us. We were told we were sampling, not purchasing. This felt deceptive.

We were also charged for a dessert that was never requested during a graduation celebration.

The food was disappointing—bland shrimp and grits and overly salty spinach. Beautiful ambiance, but poor service and misleading practices ruined the experience.

Watch your bill carefully. Ask questions. I won’t be bacK.
