I'm from WAAAAAYYYY out of town (NE Ohio). The friend I was visiting told me to stop in for some amazing tea and food. I wasn't disappointed at all. The brown sugar milk tea I got was amazing and hit the spot. The parmesan popcorn chicken was cooked perfectly and had the right amount of seasonings, spice and parmesan on it. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is very chill. If I'm ever down in the area again, I'll make sure I stop by!
Very yummy
The tea is mid. It's about what you'd expect.
Very consistent with every Ding location: tasty and affordable boba.
I love this Ding Tea! Service is always super quick and the staff is so friendly. I had a Mango slush this morning, I was in and out super quick! Ive tried a lot of the menu and I’m never disappointed. Plus they have a drive-thru option which is so convenient!
Awesome place for drinks!!!
Rude staff
Tbh the food was ok but the girl at the cashier today? (Black cap) She needs to SPEAK because when I’m asking her the sizes options she just stares and taps twice on the display cups at the front which I didn’t see..I just thought I was being sensitive and then I asked for the restroom door-lock password and this time too? She just grabs the paper and put it towards my face. My friend also asked for wooden sticks for the popcorn chicken and she again taps aggressively on the sticks container.
If you don’t want to talk to customers, I suggest going to the kitchen and leaving it to someone capable.
Not only that, the noises from the kitchen IS LOUDD. NOT JUST loud I can hear dishes slamming and I thought the employees were trying to break them
I’m not coming back and friends who usually come here will not return either.
The drink and service was great!
Stepping into this delightful spot was like finding a quiet oasis. The atmosphere was calm, and service was delivered with a genuine smile that truly elevates the experience--it really does make all the difference when the staff LOVE their job!
While some people prefer Ube for ice cream, the Taro Milk Tea here is a true champion. This tea is my all-time favorite, boasting a rich, creamy flavor and that signature comforting purple hue. It's the perfect treat that hits the sweet spot every single time. And the best part? My order was ready in no time!
If you're in the Suwanee area and craving a high-quality, authentic Bubble Tea experience, you absolutely must visit Ding Tea. You'll definitely want to come back! #ashsaidit

It’s one of my favorite boba place near my house. The boba is crunchy and chewy just right. And their banh mi is decent.
nice communication, good drinks!!
Ordered strawberry yogurt the drink had zero strawberries like shown in the picture
Charged extra for a cup and proportions were very small and it was expensive. Employee was sitting on the ground not being professional at all and the boba wasn’t even good.
Beyond Disappointed and Disgusted
My family and I have been loyal customers of Ding Tea Suwannee for over two years, eating there nearly every Saturday. Unfortunately, after our most recent visit, we will not be returning.
While eating my banh mi sandwich, I found two long white hairs in my food (and stopped checking after that). Completely grossed out, I brought it to the attention of the staff. They said a manager would call me back — and when they did, I was told it was “lemongrass fiber,” not hair. I explained that I cook with lemongrass regularly and even grow my own — this was absolutely not lemongrass. The hair was about four inches long, white, and clearly had a root. It looked like it came from a dog, based on the texture and tapering.
Instead of taking responsibility or offering a sincere apology, they insisted there’s no one on staff with white hair, said they reviewed the cameras and remaining food, and essentially implied it couldn’t have come from them. The tone felt accusatory and dismissive. I ended the call, only to be contacted again by another manager repeating the same thing and demanding pictures.
At that point, I was done. Between the contamination and the way the situation was handled, I’m completely disgusted. They can keep the $40 I spent — my family and I will never be back.
