Bought a pizza and cheesy bread! Order was messed up didn’t even put the correct toppings on the bread,
We called back the guy said “we are busy I can’t do anything so I gotta go”

I have been ordering food from this store almost for 10 years. I ordered on line and took my two dogs with me to go pick up my order. As I was about to get into the store a white guy with a big beard asked me whether I am a Muslim or not. I was offended and said hell no. And that was my fault. He along with 5 others fellow Muslims I guess with some kind of Palestinian or Arab cover they all surrounded me and followed me into Dominos store inside started harassing me. A dominos employee named Ken Heusey came in from no where and started telling his manager Adam to clock him out and puffing and huffing to argue with me. I felt so unsafe to go that store right next to an Islamic Center in Johns Creek.

Very unhappy experience with Domino pizza at 7768 McGinnis Ferry Road. I prepaid an order for the next day dinner. When my husband went to pick it up, he wasn't given the food I ordered and was asked for payment again. Therefore, food was double charged.
The staffs lack of training the managers don't seem knowing how to manage the office. Terrible service and employee.
I was nervous when I saw the bad reviews after ordering online for delivery. Didn't know what to expect since there was so many bad reviews. But my pizzas came out good, no issues. I had a big order and everything was cooked the way it should. The delivery driver was polite when he dropped off the food. Maybe it's just my luck and I caught them on a good night. But nothing to complain about.

Please do not support a business that takes no accountability for their poor food quality and service. I have been screwed over by this location several times now and I finally learned my lesson. Everything from undelivered food to burnt food. STAY AWAY! When I asked who thr manager was, one employee stated all of us. Haha. The location is run by a joke of a team. You have been warned.

Just stay away from this place. I ordered 1 pan pizza to go and I couldn't even eat 1 slice of it as it was disgusting. I ended up throwing the entire pizza away. There is something terribly wrong with the food here.

Very upset with this Dominos! I tried to order 6 pizzas. 1.5 hours later the app said it was still in prep mode. I called the Domino's and the employee told me I needed to come to the store to find out the status of my pizza. I went and found out my pizzas Had not even been prepared. Then the customer ahead of me just ordered a pizza and they started making it. I ended up canceling my order because it had not even begun prep work. I will never buy from this Dominos. Bad customer service and no apologies for not making any of my pizzas after 1.5 hours of waiting.

I paid through the app and it says they delivered my pizza and it never came and the store refuses to answer phone calls. It is a scam business I don’t get how they’re operating. They took my money and didn’t deliver anything. Don’t order from this place.
