Don’t Order Delivery! The management is incompetent and clearly hire the incompetent. How a delivery driver get lost when the apartment is 10mins way is beyond me. Absolutely pathetic

I will never order from here again. First of all, I chose car side delivery, but where the car side delivery parking is there was no parking. I’m watching the store employees who are doing delivery pull up and parking in the spot that’s supposed to be disgusted for customers to pick up their food ( judging from the sign posted there) so I had to go inside and was met with chaos and my order was not at the stage it said it would be, it was just sitting for over 25 minutes and nobody had answers. Nobody knew what they were doing. Pure incompetence. Didn’t get my order right after waiting forever. No organization in the store very chaotic, unsanitary and unprofessional. My pizza was disgusting, I tried to eat it but ended up throwing it out I’m pissed I wasted my money.

I ordered 8 pizzas, three 2-liters and a pasta bowl online for a sleepover around 6:45pm on a Tuesday night and I'm not lying, the driver was knocking on the door about 14 minutes later with some really good fresh food. I was amazed how fast it got here and how good it was. We tried some different pizzas that we don't usually eat like Buffalo Chicken and BBQ and they were fantastic. There was also a pretty sweet online coupon for $9.99 large pizzas made our way and up to 7 ingredients. Pretty sweet! The driver was super friendly and helpful and was very grateful for our service. Great order and service! Thank you!

Extremely rude correspondence with someone named Mike who called himself the store manager this evening at 9:55 p.m. my card was charged and the order was mysteriously canceled. While trying to seek assistance, he became extremely difficult when I asked his last name and for the customer service line so that I can get my money back. There was no reason for the rude Behavior as obviously my card was charged and the order was canceled. I have screenshots to verify that information. If you are the manager of the store, there is no reason why you refuse to provide your last name or corporate contact. I don't know what type of games they think they are playing over there at that Domino's but they messed with the wrong one today.

No matter how many times you say extra sauce, these special ed people never get it. Every time we over this way, she orders from this place. I tell her it's not like the one we go to they either put no extra sauce or it's dripping. I know you have to do measurements, BUT if the instructions ask for more sauce, how hard is it for yall to do that???. No wonder it's new people here all the time.

I ordered pizza for my family and the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house, 4 houses down from mine. When I called the store to tell them they delivered it to the wrong place he told me to walk 4 doors down and ask for my pizzas. I ended up having to go pick up the pizzas and they offered me a $5 coupon for the inconvenience which didn’t even cover the tip I left the driver. I will never order from this location again.

Employees of this Domino doesn't know how to talk to customers. Don't bother to listen customer's issue and on the contrary they argue and never bother to tell their name. Urge you not to place order at this place.
