Domino's Pizza

no sauce on my buffalo wings and they really counted that small garlic bite as a piece......they put 2 of those small things in there i had ate one of them but it was 2

I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for over 15 years, and I can honestly say this is the worst Domino’s location I’ve ever experienced.

I placed my order through the Domino’s app on Friday, which showed my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived on time, but my pizza still wasn’t ready. I saw my name on the screen showing “in preparation,” so I waited patiently.

After another 20 minutes passed, I asked the manager about my order. He told me they were “working on it.” I ended up waiting over an hour and 15 minutes in total. When I approached the manager again to explain the delay, he became rude, raised his voice, canceled my order, and kicked me out of the store.

The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. After years of being a loyal Domino’s customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely the worst pizza this is supposed to be a new York style some where between a medium and large maybe. Last ordered 10/22 was excellent. Called in and girl on the phone didn't care at all. 4 or 5 pizza places close. Probably will not order here again. It's either excellent or horrible

This is the worst pizza place in the world. They do not deserve single star. I order delivery yesterday at 7:30 PM online and no pizza after 1 hour and no answer on the phone. I had to drive and pick up myself and no apologies from them. The pizza quality is very bad. After 3 hours I picked up myself, the delivery guy showed up at my house at 11:30 PM to deliver the pizza. I didn’t bother opening my door. What a joke, avoid this place at all cost.

These guys did an incredible job! Halloween night, and it was super busy! The order took longer than what we had anticipated, the service we received from the store was top notch! They were having problems with the app and were very kind when we called to check on the status. The food arrived when they said it would, it was still nice and hot and everything was delicious! 10/10! Great job!

Since I’m on the roll giving reviews let me give my review I forgot about from back in June when I had my daughters grad party I ordered 8 boxes of pizza and when I picked them up the people were so kind and even helped me carry the pizza outside and even put them in the car for me that was probably to distract me from looking in the box!!

When I got back to the party I saw the pizzas were burnt dry and looked old!!! I spent $50+ on this order expecting fresh quality food for a special occasion but instead I received something barely edible! While the teenagers at the party ate the pizza as a parent I was extremely disappointed and highly upset! I hope management reviews their preparation and quality standards to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I placed a Domino's pizza order at 7:15 PM, and the status remained stuck at “Quality Check” for almost two hours. Out of concern, I called the store at 9:45 PM, and what followed was the most disappointing customer experience I’ve ever had.

The store owner was curt and dismissive, offering conflicting updates. First, he said the order was still in the store and ready for delivery. When I offered to pick it up myself, he suddenly claimed the delivery person had already left. Then, rather than offering any resolution or empathy, he abruptly told me he “can’t keep talking over the phone” because he had other orders to process.

By 9:50 PM, we gave up and placed an order with a different pizza chain, who delivered by 10:15 PM. Ironically, the Domino’s pizza finally arrived at 10:45 PM, 3 hours and 30 minutes after ordering.

This was a deeply frustrating experience, not only because of the excessive delay, but also due to the rude and unprofessional behavior from someone representing the Domino’s brand. I’ve never encountered this level of disregard from any Domino’s location before, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously.

This is the 3rd time I give this place a chance and one again it has let me down. Mostly bc there is the most minimum toppings on every single pizza I have ordered from here that it’s basically just bread every time. very disappointed every time. Not to mention this last time they almost left my order at the wrong address and I had to call bc they said on the app it was complete and I didn’t have my order

I love this dominoes. The manager (idk her name but a female w glasses) was incredible. Our pizza was great and she was extremely helpful. I don’t understand the 2.2 rating because this place is top notch.
