Honestly, I highly recommend it. Whenever I go grocery shopping in Georgia about once every two months, I'm always craving Chinese food, so I've been to several places, but I'm always disappointed after eating it, but I highly recommend Hongbanjang. In particular, I think the soybean paste and sweet and sour pork are definitely the best in Georgia. The food overall was nice and spicy.

Wow. Very nice staff..very quick ordering. Takeout noodles took just a few minutes.
Got home, wife said they were still very hot and she said they were the best she says has has gotten in Atlanta. We get takeout noodles pretty often, so that is a huge statement for her to make!

Jajangmyeon and Jjamppong are delicious.
But don’t they add vermicelli to the jjamppong rice here?
Just the vermicelli noodles are perfect.....

I visited for the second time with a friend on Saturday evening. I ate stone pot jjajang, red pepper jjamppong, sweet and sour pork, and homemade kimchi dumplings. I was very satisfied with all the menu items that day. In particular, I saw the center of the owner's heart in how he treats customers in various details when serving food or speaking, and felt the owner's sincere restaurant management philosophy and returned with a cheerful mind. I have eaten at a variety of Chinese restaurants, including famous hotels in Korea, and have provided consulting services, so the standard of taste is clear and I can naturally see and compare the overall details of the restaurants. To be honest, there are many Jajangmyeon restaurants in Atlanta where the taste is below average. In addition, there were cases where the attitude of the owners and servers was unsatisfactory in many ways, and there were times when some places were so bad that you left a lot of food behind. In addition, I no longer go to the 'Wangseobang' and 'Chinese Restaurant' in the Duluth branch, the Chinese restaurant inside Mega Mart, etc. for various reasons. However, Hongbanjang is overwhelmingly better than other places in terms of various creative menus, taste, and flexible attitude toward customers. The stone pot jjajang was served hot all the way to the end, and there was plenty of seafood. I packed the leftovers and it was very delicious even when I stir-fried the rice at home. I think the management philosophy of the owner is reflected in everything from the neat atmosphere inside the restaurant, to the clean restrooms, and the attitude of the employees, and I thought that this place I visited on Saturday deserved to become more famous in many ways. Plus, no other Chinese restaurant in Atlanta has such a diverse and creative menu. Also, there is plenty of seafood in each menu, and the sweet and sour pork is crispy and delicious. Unlike other restaurants (fried frozen dumplings), the fried dumplings are handmade kimchi dumplings. From now on, whenever I want to eat Chinese food, I plan to go to Hongbanjang?Thank you, the sincere owner. I hope you continue to prosper ? However, servers are generally not as friendly as the boss. For example, when I was putting food on the table, there were two ladies who suddenly came and just put it on the table and left without saying anything. And when I asked for a food to-go box, those two people showed a judgmental nuance, as if they were asking me to package something like that, which was somewhat unpleasant. With the mindset that chefs should not leave behind the food they worked so hard to prepare, people who want to avoid creating waste pack their food to take out. From a restaurant's point of view, if the leftover food is carefully packaged, you will feel fortunate and grateful that the food was delicious, but it may be a little different for employees other than the owner. The reason I am writing this part in detail is not only for me, but also because I am concerned that it may be repeated by other people or the elderly. (However, unlike those people), I was impressed by the server's gray hair, who seemed to be older than the other servers, the detailed menu explanation by the server with a half-ponytail, and his sincere kindness towards people, and of course I felt grateful to that person.

I went by today which would make it my 5th visit. The food & service had always been good so I was excited to go along with my relatives who I assured that they won't regret it. But I thought the chef was replaced or was off today.
I can't talk about a specific menu because the taste of all the menus we usually ate definitely was different. It felt like a different restaurant especially when I tasted their Tang Soo Yook. But the servers were kind as usual.
Hopefully they will maintain the same good taste as before because I Honestly don't think I'll go back if it will continue to taste like today.

When I ate Jjamppong after it first opened, it had the original taste of Jjamppong, and the Jjajangmyeon tasted like well-fried pork fat and onions, but when I went there recently, both became very bland, and the Jjamppong in particular didn't taste the same as before, which was disappointing.

I am visiting from Florida, so I was looking for an authentic jjajangmyeon place, and this was honestly one of the best jjajangmyeon places I've had in the States for the 7 years I've been here! Great atmosphere and amazing service - definitely recommend this for Korean people who want some home food!

Yesterday, I had a business dinner appointment, so I went there for the first time. The server was friendly and eager to serve us. And the water was nice and warm, but it smelled like a new kettle, so I thought it would be nice to have at least a tea bag in it. Other than that, I enjoyed it.

Thank you for being able to have lunch at this price.
When they are free, the employees are friendly and give you more onions first and ask if the taste is good.
It is a real benefit, especially if you eat it at the lunch price. There is a lot of jjajang, so I am always full!
The mini sweet and sour pork is a great idea, and I really like it because two people can share it with jjajang or jjamppong and it's not too greasy and it's not too burdensome. The sweet and sour pork is crispy and crispy even when it is served in pieces, and the sauce is delicious?

We are fans of Korean cuisine. Many of the Asian restaurants we frequent we are the only non Asians in the room, that was true here. i am especially fond of jamppong. This one was ok, abundant seafood, but had way too many green/red bell peppers and white onions. Flavorful broth. the services was excellent.

Parking: don't go on Sunday, there is a Korean church in the building.
