The staff is so nice here! It honestly makes or breaks your experience at any place if whether the staff is nice. I dropped my coffee and they made me a new one immediately. I offered to pay, but they didn't let me. The coffee is so much better than Starbucks coffee and they will customize it for you as much as you want.

This has been my 2nd or 3rd time coming to this location for my Hot Caramel Machiatto, I have always experienced great service from Imran! He has always been so kind and pleasant and always has a smile on his face. That is very refreshing! If he is not already a manager, he should be.

My cheese was melted thoroughly and my drinks are always made to order. The staff is also very very sweet and accommodating , My drink ended up being a little to bitter and Munira was more than welcome to remake/add to fix it.
